During the build we lived an hour away, but received updates and photos often, they finished ahead of time and the quality was 5 stars. We got the exact build we wanted, right down to the kitchen sink that we we're very picky on and surveillance system that we provided and we were helped by the designer the whole time to stay on budget. Terry from North Geelong Glass sensing our urgency and distress came, measured up the glass and said he would send a team to replace it early the next morning. They arrived and not only did they install a new custom panel of better-quality glass, but they also took the door off and realigned the lock and hinges as the door didn't fit properly. Very impressed with the service, the team, the professionalism and the value which in this case was covered by insurance.
