When the order was delivered on Monday rather than Thursday, it was damaged, our order was still incomplete and the driver forgot the hardware in his truck, so he had to bring it back the next day. Truly, in every aspect Jenkins messed up and Su took ZERO accountability. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Please save yourself time, money and pain. Our efforts to work with Su after the multiple mistakes only delayed the project more while she blamed and belittled us. If this company was registered with the Better Business Bureau, (it's not btw) I would make a personal complaint against Susan Haws. After about a week of trying to make it work, dealing with her horrific attitude and being hung up on multiple times when I called her, we simply asked them to come get their UNUSABLE product and provide a full refund. Randy, the manager was helpful after about the fifth mistake. Our overall experience with Jenkins was torturous and a huge waste of our time!!!

He, again, exceeded our expectations and finished extra trim and painting that needed to be done in some other rooms but we hadn't thought to ask about. Ryan kept us up to date with photos throughout the renovation process. This was nice to be able to see the progress as each part of the renovation was being worked on. The quality is incredible! I would recommend TSB to anyone looking to have work done. My experience is with residential renovations but I know Ryan does so much more. He is so easy to work with and he obviously cares about his reputation and the customer relationship.​
