CC Storage didn't think that CC stood for "Cockroach Central" but, that's exactly what I…read moreencountered as a rental customer. My whole rental experience was a travesty from the start. In the very beginning, I was told I already had a unit reserved. I went to that unit to see the inside and it was empty and not as clean as it should have been. I went to move my personal belongings into that unit and it was already preoccupied by someone else on the next day. The guy on the phone Fred was kind enough to warrant a free month and one of the available 2 units next to the one that was taken for the mix-up. After a few weeks in my unit, I noticed the other available unit was rented out next to mine. I discovered a colony of bugs crawling all over my belongings. Took a photo and google search produced the bugs were in fact Cockroaches. Contacted Fred once again told him about the issue. At first seem like he didn't care or want to hear of my situation. Finally he decided to order Roach traps from Amazon which he took his sweet time to order and was only for smaller variety of roaches and not the bigger ones. All 18 traps didn't work. I called him once again and the conversation didn't go well as if He was trying to assume I brought them with me, When I didn't even know what hey were to begin with. He just didn't want to admit it could be from the many foreigners they rent out to. He then decided to pitch me off to his counterpart Christine. She was much nicer about the situation an was on top of my concern. I was given a new storage unit for the troubles but I grew tired of the epic fail of clearing the infestation out, So I decided to not sign the lease for the new unit and just move out of my old storage unit for good. I had to throw out over 15,000 of property value and thankfully it only cost me $15 at the landfill to dispose of it. I also contacted CC Storage through text telling them that I decided to move out that I no longer want to be a customer of their storage facility and that I have to clean out the storage unit because I still had garbage bags that needed to be thrown out but, My storage unit was already locked by maintenance. They also decide to charge my credit card again after the fact. I would say the only good star you get was the promo price of your units in the beginning but, in the end you're facility isn't worth that if your customers have to to discard their personal belongings and you don't even care. How about you return the last payment you stole from my card, delete my account and maybe I'll remove this post!!

I am attaching photo so you can see I did…read moreall my packing my self I spent close to $400 I my own packing material including boxes and I bought coverings for all the upholstered furniture so they would be protected. I am missing so much. It makes me sad. They tell you that you are protected with $40,000 insurance if anything happens. Well that is completely a lie. Good luck with filing a claim. Please only use this company if you want to be robbed blind. They really stole from me. They took my memories and didn't even care! I spent over $10,000 with them and they just treated me horribly. I never thought this would happen to me.
