I had a 75 dollar hold on my bank card and when I inquired she blamed the bank and pointed to a sign that I apparently should have seen while being rushed through the check in process. The other employees were friendly although you could tell they were afraid to speak up in front of the "boss". The parking lot was very poorly labeled. I have a very small car and had trouble getting around the tight parking lot. I could get past the dated equipment and the challenges of the location but I would not recommend this location based on the poor customer service from the owner.
