It's in a fantastic location -- right next to a gorgeous park and literally steps away from the Escher Museum. It's also just a short walk to the Mauritshuis (hello, Girl with a Pearl Earring ) and surrounded by lots of things to do, see, and eat. The hotel itself is beautiful -- elegant lobby, rich-looking dining hall, and we stayed in a junior suite that was spacious, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches like tons of drawers and cabinet space. Service across the board was excellent -- from the concierge to the doorman to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and professional. Now, about the restaurant... that's where things got a little bumpy. There was one incident early on that I reported to the front desk, and to their credit, they were super apologetic -- even saying, "this isn't the first time this happened and we'll talk to the manager." (Okay... not sure if that was meant to make me feel better, but I appreciated the honesty?) Anyway, after that, they went above and beyond -- our breakfast table was magically reserved for us every morning, and the person who had slipped up before turned into the nicest person ever. I booked four nights through my Amex Platinum and got all the perks that come with it -- totally worth it. The stay overall was wonderful, but again, the restaurant really needs some tightening up. One dinner night, we waited over an hour for our food which's slow even by European standards, and they forgot our fries. When they realized it, they offered to bring us two orders to make up for it -- sweet gesture, but we declined because... well, we love fries, just not that much . They brought out mayo, ketchup, and truffle mayo (yum!) -- but then it got a bit awkward because I overheard an American gentleman behind me earlier asking for ketchup, and the waitress told him they didn't have any. My husband whispered, "He's looking at your ketchup." I wanted to offer him some, but by the time my fries arrived, his were long gone. Oops. Food-wise, everything else was really good -- especially the sea bass, perfectly cooked with crispy skin just the way it should be. All in all, despite a few restaurant quirks, I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in The Hague. The service, comfort, and location more than make up for it -- just maybe skip dinner downstairs and explore the city's food scene instead!

Greets every guest & makes you feel Welcomed. Note: you're only 9 to 12 mins walking from Den Haag Centrum Station or you can take a 7 min Uber if traffic allows. The ambiance & decor is spot on at 1st glance it looked like Sephora. Lol It's huge too! Several meeting rooms, a 24/7 Gym on the 1st floor. Large size bar / Blue Blood restaurant. Hotel is very quiet, however, if you're in the rear of hotel it gets a little noisy from the garbage truck pick up @ 3am . It's not their fault. All spaces are very clean Lounge areas to sit on every floor if you want to just chill out from your room. In Gym area they have a nice coffee kiosk w/ string bean coffee & lounge area to just sit & relax or read. The location is perfect bc you're near lots of stores & restaurants. May I suggest The O'Casey's Irish Pub for Guinness Stout or Belgian beer & the Fish & Chips is awesome. Ohh, you're like 750 feet from The Palace. All staff is meticulous in your comforts. There is wi-fi in the rooms and also two computers downstairs in the lobby that you can use. The only disadvantage was that the hotel was located a bit out of the way from Delt city center so I spent quite a bit of cash bussing it back and forth to Delft. Other than the location (which is off the beaten path a bit), it is lovely.

So many restaurants and stores. Den Haag Centrum is a short walk away or take a tram. Its set up like a long term stay place except without the amenities of one. No fridge! The shower is the smallest one I've ever tried to fit into ans the towels are basically sandpaper, but that location. They also have free laundry machines and plenty of activity and work spaces.
