Online and mobile portal is the absolute WORST. It is so behind on the times. For an establishment as large as VyStar is, I would expect a MUCH better system. Simply trying to make a payment from an external account is just horrific. Since when can you not simply have a "Pay" button that allows you to input a debit card to pay your loan?? You have to input your external account information to do a transfer?? This also makes your payment delayed by 2-3 days for the transfer. I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a large institutions online payment portal. VyStar... really? read more

I started my business account here on recommendation of a friend. About 6 months or more ago they switched their online provider and it had been a s--- show ever since. They do not hook up with QuickBooks and have no idea "when" that will happen. How can they say they offer business accounts if they don't sync with the most common business software! 0 stars. NEVER finance with them. Worst credit union experience of my life. They do not care, they do not help, they do not offer assistance. Life happens sometimes, they don't get that. They will not work with you, which is the whole point of using a credit union vs a bank, right? Never again. Also I'm in the car business, I will definitely suggest other financing companies, NEVER Vystar. More often than not I get someone rude to speak with. Some have been nice, then I get transferred to someone who isn't. I've never financed with a credit union that would not work with someone when they're trying though. I got sick. I had surgery. I started a new job. Still, wouldn't work with me after multiple attempts. This has been the only credit union that would not. Actual rating is no stars In violation of Americans with disabilities act & a solid Civil rights violation, I was denied entry to open a new account because I have disabilities that preclude wearing a mask. No mask no entry despite a earlier call saying no problems come on in. The state of Florida has no mandatory mask law. It is unlawful by thus bank to attempt to enforce anything especially in direct violations of disabled persons ability. If you're looking for a new bank keep looking this one is not worth the effort to join. I look forward to the pending lawsuit read more

It's a good little bank with hardly anyone inside. I will say on this trip however they screwed up big time. I made a deposit into my business account and they put the money into my personal account. Major whoops when I am blowing though money on materials daily. Lucky for me my wife caught it before they made me look really bad in front of a new supplier.
