This location had people a lot more friendly to interact with which seems uncommon these days at all businesses. Honestly it was quite refreshing not to feel like an annoyance. They also had on hand parts of my prescription that other locations didn't which was great. Was able to walk in with prescriptions and get them filled pretty quickly. Keep doing whatever yall are doing.

I met my new doctor for the first time late yesterday, but he declined to recommend a specific DME provider - he gave me a list and asked me to pick one. I called all of the providers who were associated with my insurance plan, and most were less than helpful. However, when I made contact with Tammy at FairMeadows, she was great. She told me exactly what paperwork was needed, and the doctor faxed them right over. Tammy set me up for an immediate appointment at their location on Main Street in Griffith. When I got there, Joe was ready to help me with fitting a new mask, and he make sure that I had all the supplies that I needed. Less than two hours after my initial contact with FairMeadows, I left their office with all of the CPAP supplies that I needed. They saved my business trip. Thank you!

When we got to the place there is no sign besides a boutique sign that says "Medical services in back." When we parked there the door we were originally greeted with stated on the door, "Not a customer entrance. Please use Wentworth entrance." We didn't think anything of it since you would expect a store for handicap customers would have a handicap accesible entrance. We turned the corner to only see stairs. We came inside and my mom said we were there to pick up the order. In a snotty, judgemental tone she said, "Oh he's not with you?" The audacity of this woman. We mentioned how we had not and it's good we didn't because there was no wheelchair access which he needed. She claimed we could have used the entrance in the back which is again the exact same entrance that said it was not a customer entrance so how were we supposed to know if there wasn't q sign letting us know it could be used by handicap customers. She made a comment hoping the shoes fit him even though she was the one who measured them which made us feel uneasy since someone who apparently does this type of thing is unsure of the fit even though she measured everything. Luckily they did fit which is q relief and only good thing bc there was a no refund policy for any reason.

One thing to keep in mind-if you have prescription meds to refill or fill - do so the evening before you are going to pick them up so they are ready when you come to the Pharmacy. I love the smiles and happy greeding of: Your meds are free today with your insurance. That is how I was greeted yesterday - 4/22/2021. Then I found my pistachios and checked out at the front register to another smiling cashier. After reading such awful reviews on this Walgreen's I felt I had to come on here to rub out the negativity. The staff here work hard for their paychecks and to keep the customers happy. Just prepare and call your prescriptions in the day before so you do not have to wait to pick up your prescriptions. Or drop off your prescription in the morning and pick it up with the notification on their website in the evening or the next day. No stress needed!
