I finally just canceled service, internet was down for a week, got no responses from this sad company until the day after I returned equipment. There is no coincidence. Took them to BBB. Thankful not to be associated with Vyve anymore, and I'd advise anyone reading this to do yourself a favor and not waste your money here. More often than not my internet is out and if you read complaints here, and even on the Better Business Bureau's page, it's ALL the same thing. My complaints will go there , and anywhere else until we are completely compensated for this nonsense. 4/22/24 It has been 4 days of NO INTERNET AND THEY ARE TOO COWARD TO RESPOND BACK ! NOW THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME SERVICE FOR ALMOST A WEEK STRAIGHT NOW! JESSICA IN ESCALATIONS PROMISED ME THAT THIS ISSUE WAS GOING TO BE FIXED ! TOLD ME THAT SHE UNDERSTOOD EXACTLY WHERE I WAS COMING FROM, LIED TO ME. TONY , APPARENTLY THE FIELD BOSS, CAME BY AND PROMISED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH ME , THAT WAS A LIE AND HAS NOT ONE SINGLE TIME CHECKED IN ALTHOUGH MY SERVICE HAS BEEN OFF SINCE HE REPLACED MODEM! BRIAN IS THE ONLY ONE TO HAVE DONE HIS JOB CORRECTLY. THEY SEND TECHS TO COME TO YOUR HOME AND HAVE TO CALL 2 OTHER TECHS IN , AND ACTUALLY MADE THE ISSUE EVEN WORSE. THEY CLAIM THEY WANT TO HELP BUT THEY ARE HERE FOR YOUR MONEY! ALL OF THESE PEOPLE SAYING THEY HAVE HAD NO ISSUES ARE PEOPLE WHO RARELY USE THE INTERNET TO NOTICE THE ISSUES. THIS COMPANY IS ABOUT AS GOOD AS DIAL UP SINCE YOU ARE LEAVING ME WITHOUT SERVICE , AND RESPONSE I WILL BE TAKING THIS AN ADDITIONAL STEP. Wish I could post pictures. They sent THREE techs to my place for this. I understand 2 of them being here but the 3rd guy showed kinda kept the other guy company to switch a modem out. Brian and Tony tried, but this issue is beyond them. THEY CANNOT FIX IT YET THEY STILL CHARGE ME 4/11/24 11:42 am , my internet has gone out over 5 times! 4/11/25 Once again, internet is out. They refused to send me new equipment, not compromising with our work schedule. Instead sending a tech without my approval. Just waiting to see how new ISP goes so I can cancel your horrendous service. EDIT AGAIN: HERE WE ARE YET AGAIN. IM SURE I FIGURED IT OUT. YOUR OUTDATED EQUIPMENT CANT HANDLE THE HEAT? All of a sudden connection is dropping out back to back for more than 10 min at a time. Guess I'm going to have to bug you guys non stop until you provide the service I pay for! 1/10 for this company. Unfortunately you're one of the only providers near by. Otherwise I would have cancelled your service long ago. Edit: 2023, summer is over, internet seems to be better. They asked me to edit my review after all of the incredibly ridiculous issues they were having. I'll come back to edit AGAIN because I find it hard to believe my Internet issues are gone. (2023)I'd say for the price and inconsistency of connection, and the fact that they are aware we are very limited with Internet service providers in the area, it's a low quality company. Paying 125 and more for internet that goes out every hour and sometimes back to back 3 to 4 times, is ridiculous. We are living in 2023 , not the 90s. Get it together. Don't bother with your copy and paste (or prove how automated you are and paste it as a response anyways) about emailing you, just fix your issue! Me emailing you about my problems won't fix anything, YOU as a company need to fix your issues. Everyone is complaining about the same thing. And bet your butt as soon as we can find someone competitive, we will be switching over. Some of us work from home and dropping mid meeting is not acceptable or tolerated. read more
