Veronica really knows her stuff! I'm the type of guy that thinks pain is just something I have to work through, but as I get older I realize I need to take better care of my body, especially if you're active like I am. I got recommended by my coach because I have shoulder issues and she took a look at me and knew exactly what was needed. Focused on releasing my external rotation muscles and explained exactly what she was doing and why and why I had the issues I was having. She used a combination of cupping to increase blood flow and release muscle tightness as well as manual massage therapy. This studio is a hidden gem! I went for my first visit last week and the next day I had increased flexibility. This was one of the things I was hoping for as I tend to have really tight muscles.
