Despite our being a new customer and their being "booked solid until a week from Friday," they had a plumber out that afternoon to fix the sink and another out first thing the next morning to locate and fix the leak. Both Mike and Kenny were great, and the bill was a pleasant surprise. But for their quick work, our week at the beach likely would have turned into a one-night stay.

He said that he could handle it and would get back to me with a price. 6 days later I texted him asking if he had put together a price for me. I wasn't shopping for a plumber, I was planning to use him because he was referred by someone I trusted. Mike never responded. I waited 2 weeks before deciding to post this review. Part of being a good contractor is showing up and getting back with people. If he said that he wasn't interested, or was too busy, I would of looked for someone else. Instead I lost valuable time and had to try and get another plumber. Luckily I found someone who not only is happy to the job, but returns calls. Not even a difficult job. Maybe he's a good plumber, I'll never know. This review is based on the fact that he did come to my house, and did say that he would give me a price. Therefore, I did officially use his business. It wasn't like I showed up at a restaurant with no reservations and then posted a bad review about them because they wouldn't seat me. It's more like having a reservation and being seated but never being served. You the can make your own decisions. This was my experience.

He also thought it was okay to cut wood and cement board indoors, ruining many of my belongings. He has never cleaned up after himself, and when he got a helper and they "cleaned," there was still cement dust all over the bathroom, that just turned into a paste, after I swept and mopped. Hes left stains, messes, damaged property and now, the kitchen faucet he installed was done so poorly, that my entire cabinet got flooded, ruining appliances and cleaning supplies. He brought multiple guns on the property, showing off his ar15 and the like, spoke about how he's on the run from people and just all manor of inappropriate things. He is a liar, racist, unprofessional, does shoddy work and damages property. Avoid at all costs.
