I had confirmed the appointment 2 days prior and was assured that my appointment was still standing. When I walked into the office, I was told that Lidia was not in office and hadn't been for the past 2 months due to 'sickness'. The receptionist said they tried calling a month prior to reschedule, another lie. When I mentioned that I had confirmed 2 days before, they said that I must have called the wrong office because they would've tried to reschedule me then. I did not appreciate this condescending tone from the receptionist, especially when their staff confirmed date, time, and doctor. Please tell me how the 'wrong' office would have this information. This doctor and staff are ridiculous and pathetic. There is a reason why you can't leave a review on the Bon Secours website and why the five-star reviews are fake. If you can help it, find another hospital system.

One of the many pediatricians came in and read the wrong chart and accused her of being on meth! My daughter and her husband tried to convince him that a mistake was made and had to insist on another urine test. The baby never tested positive for any drugs. When her second urine test came back negative for all drugs that pediatrician had already had DSS called and sent a healthy baby to the NICU! His shift ended and he left and we were left trying to fight over the weekend when the patient advocate was not available! The DSS woman even told us that she should have never been called!!!!!
