We felt this was very poor service on the part of ASP, and called to say as much. We ended up closing our account with them. A couple of weeks ago we had a call from them offering a $49 furnace tune-up, so we said why not and had it scheduled (via AI apparently). No one ever showed up, no one called. After at least three attempts to talk with a manager, we were told we are not a good fit for them and they would not provide service, plus the special was no longer offered. Apparently, even though they called us, they were not interested in reinstating us as a customer. If you like communicating with AI, give them a call, otherwise we would not recommend them at all. For the install, Loren checked with me on multiple items including the location of vent and gas piping before drilling the holes to the outside. I was kept informed of what was coming (e.g. Loren is on his way) from Nicole via text message which I appreciated. Inspection next week, not anticipating any problems. Highly recommend.

After posting my review, Stone's insurance company immediately tripled their offer to settle in exchange for removing my negative review. I refused, because it still does not cover the cost of fixing the problems with Stone's plumbing installation. However, I wanted to share my experience so everyone knows they pay to have negative reviews removed. Take that into consideration when choosing a plumber. And if you decide to go with Stone and have problems, leaving a negative review may lead help. Unfortunately companies like Stone have figured out how to game the review system.
