But he made time to come out to just get our water heater started that same day! He then came 2 days later and replaced our sump pump and water heater. My dad wanted a specific type of sump pump. He brought 2 for my dad to choose from! The water heater - amazing installation and he even put himself through some trouble for it on our behalf (thanks, Dennis!). From there, he recommended we get a stopper for the sewage drain. He drove all the way to Menards and they didn't have it. He promised he'd drop one off first thing in the morning. As we are drinking our coffee the following morning, we go to get the newspaper and there on our front step is the stopper! Mind you, this was at 7 ish in the morning.
