She phoned the IRS and helped negotiate with them; which took all the fear out of dealing with the IRS. She's very professional and understanding, so I felt comfortable explaining my IRS situation with her. What in the actual hell?! I made an appointment for the first time with this company, (to be…read morehonest, I didn't investigate them and did it more because of their cool location on the lake. I figured that to afford being in that location, they must be doing well). I hadn't even completely gotten out of my car when I heard a woman yelling. I turned to investigate and there was this woman, standing in the parking lot waving her arms and screeching at someone (or no one for that matter...I wasn't quite sure!). I thought maybe the building was on fire! Instead, what I was able to make out was that she was angry at one of the other businesses in the building and chose to voice her displeasure in a manner I can only describe as a raging lunatic! Who does that?? What professional person rants at people in a public place and uses language that no one should be exposed to much less children like I noticed nearby. I mean I've seen videos of people who behave in that kind of manner, but never thought I'd actually witness it. This woman needs medication and therapy! To make matters worse, it turns out she was the person I was coming to see! Nope! I left and won't be back. Anyone who tries to solve their differences with that kind of unhinged verbal garbage should lose her license! I certainly am not going to give her my business when she chooses to treat anyone else that way. And you know what? I'm going to find out which business she was screaming about and give THEM some support.

I work specifically with Diane - she has been patient with my many questions; she promptly returns my emails and phone calls and takes the time to meet with me in person upon request, following all Covid safety protocol (my visit was at peak of pandemic). She even has the courtesy to answer random questions that are unrelated to my personal taxes. While my return was not straightforward, which was my fault, his billing was so outrageous I had to part ways. Nothing ever was his fault, it was all mine. Zero respect for his client. When I finally called him out I had to threaten arbitration to get any concessions. Keep in mind I still paid 10x my previous returns, so I was the loser in the end. Stay away.
