Office Location and Professionalism: Booking my consult was easy and staff were very communicative. The location was in a great part of town and the office was very welcoming! On the day of my consult, I was pleasantly greeted by Alyssah who had me complete forms to get me ready for my appointment. Consults: Consult day was with Shirley and Dr. Hahm. Shirley was patient with me as she explained the process, different procedures and then got me ready to meet Dr Hahm. Credentials wise, Dr Hahm is not only Board Certified, he is also specialized in reconstructive surgery. While I am certain there are many other extremely qualified Surgeons, for me, this was the cherry on top! I pointed out a few other areas that I was potentially interested in (thighs and armpit areas) and Dr. Hahm actually explained why it would NOT be ideal based on my shape, etc... Boy, am I glad I listened to his advice! I felt so comfortable that I booked my procedure the following week!! Pre-Procedure & Procedure Day: Nurse Megan was wonderful and called me a week beforehand as well as the day prior to review directions and set expectations. On procedure day, again warmly greeted by Alyssah and the nurse Megan who took me in to begin prep. Note that before your procedure, I met with Dr Hahm again to go over any last minute questions or other areas. Stuck with original plan and then he marked up his canvas! Procedure room was exactly as expected...nice and comfortable! Definitely awake during the procedure. I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to pain so I made full use of the laughing gas. So, if that's you, I'd highly recommend. Haha! Nurse Megan and Dr Hahm are very attentive and constantly check-in with you throughout the procedure to ensure you're feeling comfortable. Before you know it, BING BANG BOOM...Done! All supplies are provided to aid in your recovery. I personally purchased an extra body compression FAHA so I didn't have to wait to wash and dry one. I definitely recommend this! Especially if you have the full abdomen, back bra rolls and power BBL. First two days for me were a bit rough. Mostly because I was by myself plus I'm a wuss. Stuck with meds and Ibuprofen and was finally able to shower after 48-hours! I took off my compression garments and I WAS ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE!!! Yes, swelling and bruising aside, I cried and was excited at the same time! I'm on day 6 of my recovery and am extremely happy that I made the investment in myself! He removed too much cartilage causing this issue, she had to pursue an ENT specialist in LA who had to rebuild her nose entirely. The ENT doctor had to remove cartilage from her rib which she said was a long and painful process! The cost was an astronomical $126,000 In addition to what we had already paid Khorsandi but all of this could have been avoided if Khorsandi would have done his job correctly to begin with! When he found out our daughter was a bit of a local celebrity he went and looked her up online while she was under anesthesia, how creepy is that!! Not making any of this up he told her he looked her up on the next day. Khorsandi's lack of medical care as a professional all due to his ego! He showed total disregard for his patient due to negative feelings towards me. This proved how little he cared about his patient, medical oath or proper medical guidelines! I've seen and read the fake reviews his office staff, girlfriends or other friends write for him which creates the bulk of his business. You could tell me that man kicks puppies in his spare time and I don't think I'd believe you even if I wanted to. He seems very happy with his career choice and to help others. It was appreciated as a scared patient. I can't recommend enough that patients book with him specifically. My partner told me how kind he was to her and that she had a great experience as well. I got both a shave removal and a small spot frozen with liquid nitrogen. Both didn't feel great, but they tried to be honest with me about the sensations and it wound up being not nearly as bad as I had built it up to be over the years. My only issue is that I didn't come sooner. If you want to do multiple things at an appointment, be up front with the assistant about it. You may need to book separate ones depending on the issues, but Tina was able to squeeze in a second for the doctor to handle a second small problem spot for me at my appointment. It was nice of her to do so, as she explained that sometimes things have to be billed separately for insurance purposes or for the sake of their time to see as many patients as they can. Billing was explained to me well by Candice, so I also appreciated the front desk and the ease of everything there, as well. I'm happily surprised everything felt seamless and easy. I invested $13,000 for a breast lift and augmentation, and I even paid an additional $1,000 for textured implants, believing they would have better longevity. However, my implant card indicates they are smooth textured, which feels misleading. I specifically requested 600cc implants, but he repeatedly suggested that size was too large. After some discussion, I agreed to a minimum of 500cc since I had previously had 450cc. Ultimately, he opted for 435cc, which is even less than what I had before, leaving me dissatisfied right from the start and I obviously did not know this until after I woke up from surgery. I believe it would have been better if he had been transparent with me from the outset, allowing me the opportunity to choose another surgeon. Furthermore, my incisions from the breast lift extend from the inner chest to the outer ribs, leaving visible scars and keloids when wearing a bikini. Additionally, my nipples are positioned very high, making it difficult to wear low-cut tops. I've even resorted to using foundation on my areolas to minimize their appearance under tank tops or halter tops. I will include photos to illustrate my concerns. It's disheartening to spend $13,000 and be left feeling unhappy with the results.
