I called realm health to confirm the appointment to time, date, and most importantly the email. After speaking to a supervisor for awhile and going back and forth on the wording in this email, it was concluded to be a mistake on the companies end by putting the wrong ending date down. The reason the one star is added here is after this we both understood in the form of business identity it would be of importance to foot the bill and make things right. Realm health doesn't believe in making this right and after a few days called back to change tone and double down that it is now not a mistake and they are not responsible for thier misswording of an email. All in all this company does not care about karma, good business, or even it's customers. I wish they would do better. If you made it this far be warned it's a fake smile at the end of the day.
