I recently ordered 100 buttons with a picture of my late daughter Elektra (design code 5616664). They were delivered to the Sheraton Phoenix where we were going to attend a 2400 person convention of Greek folk dancing. My daughter was a dancer and well known and loved by so many people. She was born with a heart defect that limited her physically, but nothing limited her zest for life. She passed away in August 2020 from complications of her heart condition. This was the first time our family attended the Folk Dance Festival since before covid, our first time without her. The buttons were at the hotel when we arrived and we immediately started passing them out to everyone we knew. People proudly wore the Elektra buttons throughout the entire weekend. Our performing dancers wore them on their costumes. Even members of the clergy wore the button, including the head of the San Francisco Metropolis who had known Elektra and officiated at her funeral services. He wore his button the entire weekend, even at the final event, the Awards Ceremony, where he addressed all the 2400 attendees and you could see the button on the big screen. My husband and I are so very, very happy that people received this gesture and offered their support in this manner. But we could not have had this experience if your company hadn't produced the very best, most amazing button with Elektra's beautiful face. Thank you for this, you don't know how much it meant to us. I was thoroughly "wowed" by this Wacky Button place! Designing and ordering my buttons was so easy and the prices were not only competitive, they were downright (dare I say) CHEAP! I did have a question with my order and they responded immediately. With a follow-up email, they advised that they had "sharpened up" my logo image. I don't know much about the button business, but I suspect that sort of customer service is not the norm. These Wacky people really care about their customers and take great pride in their work. Although I live way on the other side of the country, my buttons arrived within a couple days of my order! And let me tell you, they looked AMAZING! For the last year or so I had been thinking about purchasing my own button machine (a nice one certainly isn't cheap). My brother needed some remembrance buttons, I looked and looked and found this place, read some of the good things they were saying about this company and they were not lying. When you call, guess what? You get a person, I talked to Ron, if you talk to him you would think you have been knowing him for years, understanding, helpful and very nice, let's not forget patient. Because if I was him and he was calling me, I would have hung up the phone, that's how many times I called, but it was no big thing to him. I had a very very close relative pass from my family, i wanted to make buttons and came across this site. i needed someone who was efficient and hopefully someone who understood the importance of my buttons. after all, to many buttons are just buttons but not these. Wacky buttons went beyond my expectations they were prompt with personal emails figuring out what would be the best option for the designs. i had adjustments made to them and they were so fast with the respond same day. They asked what date i wanted my buttons i said the 28th of february given that i needed them quick. WELL DONE Wacky Buttons on your stirling service. The cheapest option I found, and I could have spent less had I posted to US, but I'm in Europe. I submitted the artwork myself and a preview was immediately sent via email. I wanted some corrections to be done and these were also done in a matter of one day (PS: time zone difference) at no additional cost. The pins were manufactured and dispatched in just one day and I found them in my post in just 8 days... all the way from the US to Malta!!! I could also track my parcel, even though I had just chosen the standard normal rate of shipping. Final result: WOW! As expected :) Also, I ordered a very small number of pins, just 28, and each one had a different jpg - this was not a problem for Wacky Buttons, unlike other sources. I recently ordered some buttons for guests at our best friend's going away party. I downloaded a photo of the couple (easy to do on the Wacky Buttons site), but needed help with the text since I wanted it on the edge at the top of the image. I asked that they choose the font and its' color to match the main color in the photo. I needed the buttons within a short period of time, and I received them earlier than expected! They were great to work with and were most helpful. Most of all, the buttons looked perfect and were a big hit with everyone-even the waitresses who were happy to wear one. And the guests appreciated the clothing magnetic back (an option) rather than sticking a hole in their clothes to attach the button. I'm headed to a huge family reunion in July on my father's side of the family. He and his sister (my aunt) have passed on, but I wanted them to be there with me in spirit. I got the "wacky" idea to make a couple of buttons to wear with their faces on it, so they could be there too. I figured it would be a long shot to find a printer online who would just do 2 buttons. Found Wacky Buttons site during a search for Button Makers. Their offerings and prices made the most sense for or project. Used their template to help in the set-up of the button design we had. The design was approved quickly and we ordered. The buttons shipped as promised and arrived on the day promised. The result was amazing. The colors were accurate, the picture design was crisp and the text was very readable even with the small size (1 1/5 in button size). My order came two days after I ordered! Waaay earlier than I expected! For reference, I ordered 25 one-inch round buttons with a locking pin back ($7.50, $4.40 for shipping). I live in California, but I'm still surprised with how fast they got here! I will say, though, that some of the design on my buttons got cut off at the round edges (if that makes sense) but in all honesty, that might've been my bad for putting my designs too close to the edge, just a thought to keep in mind when you're designing! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've been buying from Wacky Buttons for a few years now for my edible insect company. When I first started ordering buttons for my business I tried a few other companies before I found Wacky Buttons. The other companies had an 'allowable' percentage of unusable buttons, and there were many that had the pin back separated from the button front, so I would have to look at every button to make sure it had a back. I would expect some of that, but it was a pain in the neck to sort through them. Wacky Buttons have been FANTASTIC in service and quality. My orders have been PERFECT. Customer service AMAZING. I ordered my buttons over Labor Day weekend, but paid for the faster ground shipping. Probably due the holiday, they were delayed and couldn't make it to me in time for my convention. I called their customer service, was answered immediately by a person. Initially, I just wanted to request the difference back between 2-6 day shipping and 5-10 day shipping, but they gave me a discount on my order due to the delay. Outstanding experience! I found these guys online, laughed at and loved the "Wacky" smiley face logo, and had an easy time designing the buttons I wanted. The prices are the best I've found, and I just ordered a second round of buttons for my tailgate spot for my beloved SMU Mustangs.
