I have been a longtime loyal customer.for many screen replacements, a battery replacement, and even a replacement where they kept my phone several days in order to send it off to have it repaired, but my last interaction with this company has soured me. 14 year old daughter took her iPhone in because it wasn't charging. They replaced the charging port for $75. 14 year old daughter picked up the "repaired" phone. The next day it was still not charging, so we took it back and we were told it was the motherboard and it would cost an estimated $200. They refused to offer any refund or credit on the misdiagnosed replacement of the charging port because the aforementioned 14 year old signed and received the phone as repaired. Trusting the tech. Their excuse they did not test and diagnose the problem. They based their repair action on what the 14 year old told them. Then their second excuse was they could not diagnose the motherboard without replacing the charging port and waiting for it to not work. I left a message to please have Josh, the owner call me to discuss my disdain for this "repair?" Several days later still no call from him. If customer service means so little to these clowns, so does my loyalty and my dollars, I am in the market for a new iPhone Doctor for my future repairs. read more

They were incredibly difficult to work with, so argumentative, and I haven't ever left a business feeling so angry. The good reviews here are likely posted since they offer free screen protectors in exchange for good reviews (also unethical in my opinion). I've never written yelp reviews for poor service before, it's always seemed over the top in my opinion but I had to share just how awful this place was towards me as a customer, and I'm still not sure why. This place is the most unprofessional, lazy, uninspired business I've ever attempted to get an electronic device repaired at. I took these people a laptop(twice) and they never called me back throughout 6 weeks total of having it, acted argumentative and wouldn't apologize for their unprofessionalism and acted like I'm supposed to be on them to keep me updated on the lack of progress, wouldn't own up to not keeping me posted on the progress(or lack thereof) on the laptop repair, and the second time told me I needed to bring them a charger(after not calling for three weeks) that is just a standard pc charger they should totally have on hand or could just buy one for less than 10$ online. The first time I took them the laptop, they told me I needed to go to a pawn shop and buy a motherboard to replace mine. Didn't tell me what kind of laptop I needed to get or anything, not to mention the reason you take an electronic device to get repaired is so the people working there will do the repairing. Why not just buy the motherboard yourself since you know what it needs and then charge me? Doesn't make any sense at all & I'm telling EVERYONE I know in the baylor area to go to other places bc of the indifferent, callous, and unprofessional attitude I've gotten from everyone that works there except for one guy. I'd give negative stars if I could, complete waste of time and extremely infuriating. Don't take computers to these people, I'd say don't take anything because of the conduct here but maybe they aren't as awful with phones, this reviewer recommends against it though, there are many professional, cheap, and courteous iPhone doctors and laptop repair places in Waco.
