When I questioned the price on the receipt, it made him uncomfortable and he went into a spill about not forcing a customer to have a repair completed. I questioned the pricing for accounting purposes as the repair was related to a work phone and I reported what was quoted. He then showed me the pricing on the screen but I sensed his irritation at me questioning the pricing. An accurate quote would have given me the option to seek out another repair company of equal reputation before deciding whether to use the service and driving 45 minutes to the location. I chose to leave and seek out other options.

All of this extra damage happened while the phone was in their possession, yet they refuse to take responsibility. They gave us the option of having the old parts put back on the phone -- which we agreed to -- but then they stalled for HOURS and never actually put the parts back on. After repeated excuses and missed timelines, we finally requested our phone back. Instead of being upfront, they handed it to us destroyed and acted like that was acceptable. It was obvious they broke the device during the repair attempt and then tried to cover it up by dragging out the process. And to make things worse, they tried to blame Asurion, even though Asurion had nothing to do with the additional damage they caused. I'm now left with a phone their team destroyed and a store that refuses to fix or replace it. This was the most dishonest and irresponsible service I've ever experienced. Do NOT bring your phone here unless you're prepared to get it back in pieces. Additionally: I know they will respond on here trying to resolve the issue for (others to see) but I have emails from their case manager, Jennifer refusing to take any accountability. The screen is the 360 4way privacy screen. The person that replaced knew it was not the standard one because of how much darker it was albeit I realized when I got home that it was the incorrect screen protector. I did phone them and left a message. I called back the proceeding day. There was slight confusion but to end the avail they said I can get my phone screen back and theirs and I would have to pay the difference! I was shocked because it was an error on their part. It was explained that they are loosing out since the screen was put on and unfortunately I can understand BUT it was their fault for putting on wrong screen. I have been using CPR and ZAGG protectors since my iPhone 12 days and have been going to them for that long. Any issue that ever arose they always fixed. This should be no different! It was their fault. Maybe people get over on them I do not know but was disappointed! I did call ZAGG and explained the entire situation and the customer service rep was so amazing. She said she would notate my return that will not match and why and will send a replacement at no charge and offer an additional free upgrade. I let her know I was thankful for the replacement and to keep the upgrade. Issue was handled by someone else whose fault it was not!
