He does not have a voice mail so we call him back at 8:00 am to have someone come to my residence to repair the tiller! The owner said no, he is the only one in the shop but made no attempt to have another employee come out and do the repair! We arrived at the shop at around 1:00pm jthe owner never apologized for the inconvenience, but immediately began to chastise us becaus we weren't speedy enough returning the tiller.
