Dr Liu and his assistant are very pleasant calming and a joy to work on this project to help me be able to see better. Everything was organized well. The surgery went well and a week in the recovery is working out real well. I appreciate that dr Liu seems to err on the side of being more conservative w my treatment. Again I am happy coming here. I love the doctors and their assistants here. If only the office people could be a bit friendlier at times. Sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't. I don't always like going to the dr but it is easier to be here when the people seem to really care about you.

She'll fill up fast though! I've met both husband and wife team, they will accept you for a quick 10 min appointment if you need it. Mrs. Patricia Wilcox likes to talk. A lot. Her appointments may take a while, so be prepared for a wait before she'll get to you. She is kind, open, and willing to discuss your intimated crude details of your appointment without judgment. The strange green puss coming out of your toe wound, that smells like cinnamon rolls? Yup, she'll talk about it. She is infact worth the wait. Mr. Wilcox is rude, he'll let you talk about your symptoms, and then write down the wrong ones, (which he's done more than once with me. If you ask they'll give you a print out.) he is eager to get to the next appointment so if you want something prescribed without necessity, see him. My experience with him is poor at best. You'll feel stone walled and ignored in your own appointment. Recently they've hired a very young looking new doctor, she is helpful, listens to your concerns, and is likely to write you off if she thinks it hypocondria. She'll push the idea of medication after you've stated you'd only take a holistic approach to your diagnosis, and then blather on about some "facts" she read on The internet (that I happened to read too, you're not special because you've got M.D. attached to your name kiddo) I would not recommend her. All I've had done is back adjustments, but I see others coming in or going out with obviously worse problems than mine. Dr. Mike appreciates how busy we all are, so he keeps to the schedule. Great news. Thanks for the help here. Original review: I came there today for an evaluation. The first thing I noticed was that the office receptionist was very polite and nice. The furniture to sit on while waiting was very comfortable. There isn't a tv or anything but magazines so if you come early might want to bring a book. They do have the Scott and White free wifi. When I first met Wade I could tell he cared. He appears to be a straight shooter and I really appreciate that. He doesn't seem to hem or haw with answers. I was doing exercises and he appreciated that but did get me to see the light that I needed to do different ones. In just a few minutes he instilled in me a sense of trust. I trust him and appreciate his expertise. He has helped me to stop using the Walker on shoes and ice less as well as do more effective exercises that will help me to my goal. He also seems well organized. He helped me to motivate myself. I like that they want you to push yourself but not so hard that you feel intense pain. I liked on the way out I got all of my appointments then so they are already in there. That will really be helpful. Not too much to complain about. The number is on the front door in case you need assistance from staff to get in the door. I really feel that if I follow wades advice and do the work I need to my leg will be much improved at the end of my sessions here.

The quality of patient care has slipped quite a bit. I am looking to move to another medical provider in the near future if I can find another "Dr. Partin". I called to schedule an appointment to get Covid vaccine and was informed by Erica that the Hewitt clinic wasn't giving vaccines. WOW-this is not good since the Bellmead patients were forced to move if they wanted to keep their doctor. Big Medicine at its best.....,
