Sent her to Snowflake and it was closed as well. tried calling Snowflake and got a "all associates busy message" and nothing. Called corporate which did answer, the person on the phone was surprised to hear that they were closed and attempted to call Snowflake only to find that no one was home. This money (substantial amount) was for business equipment desperately needed and the seller was available at the time and won't be for rest of year. This will seriously impact us. I emailed Mark Young the CEO however the last time they screwed me I never received a response from anyone. I am a businessman, If i treated my customers like this I would not be one anymore. After getting paid on 3/31/26 I balance transfer on 4/3/2026. They charge me a $25.00 NSF fee! What a rearward Time Machine? After two hours fighting with them, and they can't explain WHY, I'm still fighting with them to come out of the negative! I had 6.41 left in the account after my balance transfer. The only check I ever write is ONE a month, for my balance transfer, and the money is always there a few ways to a week before I do the balance transfer. Talk about "Magical fees"!
