They suggested I get it towed to their shop which I agreed too. They told me they will look at it, and give me a price before doing anything. It took two days for me to get a price or an update about my car even after asking multiple times. I asked multiple times for a price BEFORE working on my car they literally said they did the work anyway I have text messages showing me asking for them to not do anything work until I get a price which then the lady on the phone said "we already fixed it and THEN gave me a price ... which then they held my keys hostage because I was $5 short on payment, Because they wanted to upcharge me for using a card. I was yelled at by two different people. I stood outside their business for 30 minutes while they ignored me like children. The lady on the phone hung up on me multiple times. The guy at the shop told me "fuck u" I left literally shaking. I will never call this number again and I'll advise others not to do so or u might get ur car held hostage like I did. Like I said communication was trash, customer service was terrible. As far as getting ur vehicle serviced. But the tow truck man was nice

I also warned him that the frame was very rusty and as he was jacking it up, he put the jack through my floorboard. Now when it rain, the water on the road soaks my carpet. we were on a trip heading home when we blew a transmission line on the busy highway. we were…read morepulling a trailer. called 911 they got hold of highway patrol which got us Joes Towing! operator said they would be there in about 30 min to 45 min.. i think it was about 5 minutes when they got there. blew me away how quick!! they had to send another wrecker to get the trailer. they got us out of there quickly!! both of the wrecker guys were wonderful. they got the truck to a fixit shop and stored the trailer at their yard. this was late evening and the driver found us a hotel for the night. which was great!! we couldn't have appreciated it anymore. the drivers were great. a great big thank you to the guys at Joes towing. for helping us out of a bind.
