We stopped by the Waffle House in Bryant early one morning, chasing the kind of breakfast that only a place with sticky menus and clattering plates can deliver. The parking lot already had a few regulars sipping coffee inside, and the smell of bacon and waffles hit us before we even opened the door. Inside, it was warm and bustling--organized chaos in that classic Waffle House way. The cook was calling out orders in a language that only the staff seemed to understand, and somehow everything landed on the tables hot and right. Our server was quick and friendly, the kind who refills your coffee without asking and calls everyone "hon." I came in from the snow this morning and was greeted warmly by the night crew. Had just taken a physician from his home to duty at the VA in the jeep.. Jenny cooked me up the best eggs, bacon, toast, and hashbrowns, and all was served with a smile. I wonder if she's married. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't have Coke Zero. Not a fan of Diet Coke or pepsi. But all is good in the world after breakfast. Be safe out there, the snow is still falling. read more

It's a decent Waffle House with really good service for a Sunday morning. I decided to get the hashbrowns all the way which is just everything on it. Probably not the best idea, but just wanted to try that concoction just once. The eggs were properly cooked, the sausage was fine, and all in all, it was a big meal that I could only eat a small portion of. read more

Came here to order to go but GRACE lost our order so we waited for over an hour just for them to even find the ticket. I paid and she lost it. I recommend coming here when grace is NOT working. Don't work at a fast pace restaurant if you can't handle the fast pace part of the job. read more

I was there this morning the waitress was so bad and the cook Alf was terrible he burnt my food over cook the eggs. The waitress wanted to back talk and she obviously doesn't have any customer service experience she was terrible yelling and the cook was yelling too she needs some training they told us the customers are not always right. After driving 11 hours, stopping by and having Abby as a waitress was such a breath of fresh air! Her kindness and attentiveness was amazing. Other restaurants need to take notes. The food was as expected and came out quickly! Definitely one of the better Waffle Houses we have been to. read more

I was racially profiled and denied service by one of the bigger servers here, because apparently another group of Hispanic boys had "made a mess" before us a couple weeks ago, and she felt like that gave her the right to deny me service and insult me. What's not to love about Waffle House? We came here on Christmas morning and the place was pretty busy. There were 9 in our party and we were seated immediately and given drinks and menus. After ordering I'd say we all had our food within 10 minutes and around the same time even though we were sitting at 2 booths and a side table. No tables are big at any waffle house but large parties can sit in the same general area. Good wise everything was cooked amazingly. Things were horn flavor was on point, this might have been the best meal we've ever had at a waffle house. Service was great throughout the entire meals and other waitresses worked other sections ensuring that the customer was satisfied. read more

Disgusting! Everything! Gross The restaraunt was dirty, the tables filthy, the food gross! When asking for egg whites only (an option on the menu) the waitress said "it won't work" and I got eggs with yolks. When asking about fruit in the waffle she states "it ain't fresh." Then after ordering our eggs and waffle she said "it's going to be a couple minutes extra our cooks haven't had a break since 7am." it was 10 am and the cooks were all sitting in their cars smoking when we pulled in. We come every Sunday before 7am. Its Waffle House, but the eggs are eggs. The bacon is bacon. I appreciate that. There are no frills and add ons that you are unaware of. Just regular food. The customer service is pretty good too. read more

I tried to call in a to go order at 9:30pm on 8/2/21 and someone answered and said they couldn't take orders over the phone because they are under staffed. That is totally understandable and I get that times are tough right now, however, I walk into this Waffle House and there are 4 servers and a cook with two tables and 1 person at the booth. I was lied to. I would have understood before that they were understaffed but I don't like being lied to right in front of my face. Not only this but I stood there with 3 of the four servers in front of me waiting to order while they carried on conversation without addressing me as a customer. When I finally got asked what I needed I said I needed to put in a to go order, did the server take my order? No, she continued on with other tasks until another server walked over and asked if I'd been helped, I finally got to put in my order then but the order wasn't called out until 5 minutes later. This customer service is unacceptable. I give grace to those that have hard days but I don't to those that lie to me. All in all, this was a trash experience. read more

Stayed at comfort inn and suites (right next door) ordered food to pick up. Took about 10 min. Got the steak and eggs and my husband got the tbone dinner meal. I have no complaints! read more

It's Waffle House... What more do you expect. Food comes out hot. Bathrooms are clean. And service is somewhat fast.

Waffle House is the best house for waffles by far. Sure the bathrooms are not much cleaner than a gas stations but what are you there for bathrooms or the food? I thought the waffles with syrup were amazing, and the eggs were certainly delisous. read more
