They had incredible patience and understanding, but they were also assertive in getting things done. Our cat loved her experience at Evergreen Cat Lodge. She is normally a fussier older cat, but every time we watched her in the webcam she looked so happy. It was such a nice touch from the staff to provide us a webcam link so we could always check in on our girl while we were away for vacation. Our cat had an accident at one point. The staff at Evergreen Cat Lodge handled it professionally and with total assertion. This is a no-nonsense operation. Your cat couldn't be in better hands. I was able to relax throughout my entire vacation knowing my cat was getting the best attention. I highly recommend these kind folks. I'll be using their services every time I'm out of town now.

The Evergeen Cat Lodge was amazing and came up with a solution to provide our little guy excellent care while facilitating his special needs. We are extremely thankful for the Evergreen Cat Lodge and for the help and care they provided during this difficult time. We boarded both of our cats again over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and caring and works so hard to meet your cat's special needs. The facilities are one of a kind and very clean. I love being able to check in on them through the web cameras! I can't recommend the Evergreen Cat Lodge enough! When our babies are there we know they are in great hands!
