I had my dog booked in a medium room, but he wasn't happy with the privacy walls like I thought he'd be. They moved him to a more centrally visible location, and to a crate that fit him still (saving me $$). Ziggy came home super happy, healthy and cared for. They also graciously take our family's parrot, with a lovely room in the front with the view of all the comings and goings. Knowing she can't come out of her cage while she's there, this stimulating view with natural light is so important, so special. Not all boarding facilities can offer that. The ultra peace of mind Pawfection provides me is particularly precious and highly valuable. I'm a customer for life.

I decided to call to set up appointments for my 2 pups after checking the website and multiple review sites. I left a message on VM and received a text back that they are not accepting new clients. The website nor VM message state that. A business should be very up front before wasting a potential customers time. The information should be posted on the website and on the voicemail message. It asks you to send a text. I did in an attempt to schedule an appointment and was ignored until over 24 hrs later. I could not see them with that time so I tried to arrange for the weekend. I text on a Saturday asking for an appointment and they said sorry we're booked. No problem. I understand. But once I asked what dates are available I was ignored. I sent a follow up text in hopes I could be directed to someone who could help me schedule a date and was told I have to wait until Monday because now they are closed. Response was completely rude and there was an attempt to fix the rudeness but I was so appalled I will not recommend this company to anyone. And I'm not a person to place bad reviews but I was quite shocked at the rudeness and unprofessionalism.
