They are awesome. Coach is almost always happy there. One exception, for whatever reason he snubbed the groomer. Only to go out preening. Little brat He thought he was in control. I was out of town and had to use a different groomer. they will be horrified when they see his messed up coat. Poor dog was embarrassed. He's 15 pounds of ego. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the area. This is probably one of my favorite places to get my doggy groomed. Cathy and Brandy are fun, outgoing and go out their way to help us in getting our beloved doggy to the appointment. Sometimes when it's just my baby and myself they offer to come and take our little guy out of the car. Which is a big help. If you have a baby/toddler you know how it can be sometimes - just two hands is not enough! Especially if you have a cranky or sleepy baby. For whatever reason I usually call on a Friday or Saturday which is one of their busiest days. I don't know why... but it just usually happens that way. This most recent experience my husband dropped him off. Cathy called me after he was dropped off and we discussed what service he would receive for that day. Wow where do I start! What a wonderful little local grooming boutique! I just went to this place for the first time & previously went to PETCO to get my Pomeranian groomed but when they stopped listening to how I wanted her groomed & raised their prices to $80 each groom I wanted to find a new place. Making an appointment was a breeze! We walked in and were welcomed, they gave us a complete tour of where our fur baby would be groomed & listened to how we wanted her cut. About 2 hours later she was already ready which was very different to previous grooming places. When we picked her up she looks fabulous! She was cut exactly how we asked, her nails looked great, and she smelled wonderful! For anyone who really cares about their pups like I do this is a wonderful little establishment!!! My dog has gone to this groomer before and looked great but this time he looks so bad, something must have gone wrong he is shaved so short he doesn't even look like he has hair. Their excuse for him looking like that was he was so matted, when he was dropped off they were told we like him a little longer but if he is a little matted you can go a little shorter their reply to that was we will call you if we need to go shorter, we had no phone call just a shock when he was picked up. It's easy for them to say he was so matted instead of owning what a bad job they did. I said you charged $75 for this and she said I had to it took me over an hour to groom your dog. I would think that's a pretty standard time to groom a dog not for one that was in supposedly such a mess like they are trying to say. Bottom line such a traumatic experience for our 17 year old dog, and no matter what they say if they reply to this review trying to blame it on him being so matted it's just an excuse because they done such a terrible job. read more

Visiting from Canada and my bichon frise was not looking so beautiful! Very friendly and reasonably priced. They did an excellent job on my fur baby Maci! They really pampered her and did so many extra things that are usually add ons or special requests at other pet salons! Thanks so much for taking such great care of Maci! I can tell she feels so much better now that she is all fancied up! My regular groomers was closed for remodeling and my shitzu needed a full groom bad, for her full groom she's always shaved down, face trim, nails, ears etc. So its my first time and I called Broadway and made an appointment at 11:30AM for full groom, ( I stated haircut) which is obviously, bath cut nail trim etc. I drop her off get a call back 15 mins later asking me what I wanted for my dog,(apparently the mom just thought I wanted to give her bath??) I explained full groom, they tell me okay. I get another call back at 1:31PM telling me they don't have enough time for a full groom so they'll only be able to give a mini groom (face trim, paw trim, rear trim, nails) I say fine okay, I swing by and pay ahead $35 for the mini and I leave. I get another call at 2:37PM telling me they can't do a mini groom because she's matted on her paws and will have to be shaved down and she will have a bald spot....isnt that what a full groom is... shaved? I am livid. I don't even know what to say. First and LAST time I ever go there. I just got home its 4:18PM... I had to pay and extra $10 because of the full groom... after that mess they made me go through, she doesn't even smell clean, my usual groomer gives her to me smelling fresh and clean. SO DISAPPOINTED. NEVER CHEAT ON YOUR REGULAR GROOMER. I will never return to this place. read more
