I had a free one month storage because I didn't have an address to deliver it to. So they took it to El Paso Texas to store it in their warehouse. Suffice it to say that I was advised to move it as quickly as possible. So I contacted cube storage and Lauren absolutely shorted me out in short order. Most moving companies tell you that if you don't have a big enough area for an 18-wheeler that you will be charged for shuttling your stuff from the truck which will end up costing more than the move itself. Cube storage can fit 18-wheelers they have lots of nice storage spaces. And Lauren has the attitude to deal with the moving companies when they come in and try to overcharge you again. She is an absolute sweetheart and will go way out of her way to help anybody. The storage facility is right off the highway and it's new. It is not a climate controlled storage facility but if you're just moving furniture and boxes do you really need one? Their rates are excellent and honestly I felt very fortunate and confident to put my stuff there. I'd give them 10 Stars and would suggest that if you're looking in the area for storage facility that you go see my friend Lauren at cube storage.

I recently mailed a payment on my storage building timely. They say it was never received by them,…read morebut I have not received the payment back. Regardless of trying to work with me, they implied it was my fault, they did not have the check, and basically making me feel like they did not believe me. They have a fee for everything including making a payment over the phone. It is called a "convenience fee" and it is $3.00 dollars. I did not want to incur an additional three dollars, because to me that is a big inconvenience. It is the beginning of a new month and the prior month's payment still has not been received, nor has it been sent back to me. I have incurred an additional late charge and now they have included some other $20.00 fee. They will not remove any of the fees, they are not allowed to is what I was told when I spoke to the representative. It all adds up and they just want to grab $10.00 dollars here and $10.00 there. This is all due to a thing I cannot control, the United States Postal Service. If they were truly customer focused, they would have been understanding about all of this, lost in the mail due to circumstance I could not control and waived the convenience fee the first time I called. They are not customer focused and talking in a sweet tone of voice is nice, but it is not responsive to the situation of the customer. So, yes they can store your goods, but be prepared to hand out $10.00 dollar and $3.00 there. They are unworkable with a customer and it leads to a bad overall customer experience.

It gets outrageous really quick in one late month. Also when you do pay heaven forbid for them to make a call to the person who takes lock off to see possibly go ahead and remove lock because you are moving have to be out by 11 but not able to fit all in car with animal as well. Had to leave my things outside in the rain go to another county then come back after they unlocked it all because they couldn't try to put forth a little customer service to help someone. Especially after staying in contact and getting all the ridiculous fees paid which was $189 for one month of being late . I would definitely consider all your options first before renting a storage unit from here.
