From a general business point of view, his services are fast, very accurate and his prices are quite reasonable compared to all the other accountants I've been referred to. One of the biggest problems I found with NYC accountants is that the support staff many of them use to do the general bookkeeping and data entry is very poor. I often had documents sent back to me for review with spelling errors, wrong numbers and so forth. It was frustarting having to pay someone a ton of money and then still having to correct their errors. None of those problems with Mark and company. He also is very fast in returning our phone calls.
