On the first I had to jump through hoops and hurdles and after 2 weeks I received a warranty deed. None of the other info I requested on the certificate. On the second I have sent 1 email and had a phone conversation and still can't confirmation that a closing was completed that was scheduled 9 calendar days ago. I am still waiting and calling for a warranty deed, contact for the buyer, at least.

When tenants leave they do a walk through instead of doing a complete INSPECTION. They did not check to see if tenants left on the exit date. And, if fact, the tenants were still in my property two days later. The tenants damaged the stove top, dining table, linens, towels, broke dishes, glasses, and did not clean at all. They reported none of this to me. Simply put, they did not earn the 18 percent of the rental income which I paid up front. Lesson learned and hope this saves you a bad experience !
