Alright, alright, I confess that I visited this tourism office wayyyy more than the average…read morevisitor. Ya know, three times in 24 hours. Why? Well, the train was out of order in the town I was staying in (Bad Aussee) which made traveling to and fro a bit of a nightmare. It took a train, bus and ferry to travel 6miles (2 hours!). And, on top of all that, this particular bus required a phone call to be picked up and I'm rolling without cell service. So, all that to say, the ladies working in the tourism office were my heroes. A few more helpful notes: -they're located by the bus station -free and easy to use WiFi during their operational hours -the tourism building houses a bathroom (one euro per entry); however, I wouldn't recommend this bathroom as it was exceptionally dirty and overrun -across the street you'll find a super busy grocery in case you're looking to make a picnic
