In a few areas, the existing roofing material had started to lift, especially near a gutter downspout where water tends to pool. We asked Jeff to handle the necessary repairs and also wanted to be proactive about preventing future issues. He recommended addressing the problem areas and applying a high-quality silicone roof coating to the lower sections of the roof where ponding water is most common. About a quarter of the roof was coated. We also replaced several older roof vents with newer, better-designed vent assemblies and had them properly flashed and sealed. The quality of the work really stands out. The silicone coating was applied thick and evenly, and it's clear this was done as a long-term solution rather than a quick patch. Everything looks clean, well-sealed, and thoughtfully executed, which gives us confidence that the roof will be protected for years to come. Overall, we were very happy with the communication, workmanship, and results.
