The AWC crew never disappoints. They have been doing our windows/gutters/patio cover as well as a few smaller "tasks" for a few years now. Buyer, beware, this company is dishonest and does not stand by their word. The technicians for this company damaged multiple windows at my property. They scratch them beyond repair.I allowed the owner aaron to attempt to correct the problem, which he was unable to, and it was determined that they would need to be replaced. The owner assured me that it would be taken care of and he would have someone out to get it quote on the repair of the windows. I had to follow-up with the owner on multiple occasions. Because I never heard back from him. And once I he got the final quote for the repairs and saw how expensive it was going to be. He refused to replace all the windows. He claimed that his technicians did not damage all of the windows in just one but I had literally sat there in my living room. Watched the technician, damage and scratch the windows in question. I had advised the owner of that since day one, and he assured me that it would be addressed, but unfortunately it took him almost two months to get the quote on the repairs, and then ultimately, yeah, he.Refused to correct his company's mistake. Now I have to take him to small claims. And file complaint against him in his company. I should've known better, but I guess you get what you pay for when you work with a company with these cheap prices.You also get cheap service. With these low prices, I guess ethics and honesty don't come with these prices. read more

Prices were very reasonable but they didn't do a good job, I was not satisfied with their cleaning services. Wet dirt from the tracks of several windows was just pushed into the corner ... the picture was taken 5 mins after the workers left (who were in a huge rush to get somewhere else). For a company that specializes in window cleaning, I would have thought they would be better equipped to properly clean all corners. I don't recommend them for window cleaning, might be a better idea to pay a little more & book a company that will do a better job. read more

My windows were really filthy because I recently had the grass taken out and the yard redone with drought tolerant plants and rocks. It was a very dusty job, so the windows really needed cleaning. We purchased through Groupon and after calling and leaving a message someone finally called back a week later to set up the service. We schedule for today 9/10/18 at 0830. As of now, 1036 nobody has shown up and all calls have gone to a voice mail. Our Groupon voucher was marked "redeemed". Not happy at all!! I highly recommend you DO NOT purchase this on Groupon, or at least do not give them your redeem code until the job is done. We probably just got ripped off, so hopefully this saves the next person from being taken advantage of! I would never recommend a company that operates this way! Find another company! **UPDATE** After an hour going back and forth with Groupon, we are unable to get a refund. They continued to tell me that the voucher should never have been redeemed until the work was completed. These guys didn't show up and totally expected us to be push over people. They purposely double booked to make more money, and thought we would be the ones to say "no problem... come on over" HELL NO!! I absolutely do not want to do business with this company and regret ever purchasing this Groupon. Lesson learned. I used a Groupon discount and was completely satisfied. They did an amazing job for a reasonable price. I was very pleased with how clean the windows and sills were--inside and out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they were late due to a previous job taking longer than expected. I am limited to 5 Stars on Yelp so that will have to do. I just have to say these guys are amazing. We called them Literally at the last minute between rain storms. We had a big annual Christmas Open House on Saturday and you basically could see out the windows, of which we had a ton. Friday they were here bright and early on time and worked like crazy. Inside and out beautiful and pristine. I don't know what product they used except elbow grease but it didn't look like there was even glass in the panes when they finished. A few weeks ago, we had our residential windows cleaned inside and out. Aaron and Joseph did an outstanding job on them and they sparkled under the sun (as opposed to the pouring rain as I write this review). Previously, my windows were filthy as there were some work done in the house so I was delighted with the finished work. One of the best things is that I can't see any streaks which is often what happens to me when I clean my windows. As it was a whole house window clean (and keeping in mind they were filthy windows), it nearly took them the day but it was all so worth it. They were also courteous and easy to talk to. And the price provided was very reasonable. He is able to provide a price up front so there are no surprises when the job is done. I will definitely get them to clean the windows again as it beats me cleaning up the windows and creating streaks that'll bug me for days on end. Definitely a 5 star service. read more

Purchased a Groupon for cleaning the windows of our condo. Tried several times to contact this "professional?" window cleaning company directly but received no answer to my requests to schedule the job. Groupon's passive resolution human-less help desk was of little help to resolve this issue. Given the favorable ratings from other consumers, I suspect that PWC is no longer interested in honoring Groupon Vouchers. There certainly appears to be an adverse history with honoring Groupon's Vouchers through this company. Groupon's discount inducements are a fallacy and require too much overhead and time to get the vendors to honor their discount commitments. We were forced to cancel the Groupon Voucher, stopped payment for the services through my bank and have decided not to use Groupon again. As with the other complaints, I too will notify our HOA to avoid this company at all costs. Final thought, I've noticed that the after-the-fact responses from the management owner of this company to similar complaints are at best lame, excuse ladened and insincere without any compensation offered by the owner to offset customer inconvenience. Just a fun fact, counting windows isn't as easy as people think so make sure and disclose the type of windows you have so you get an accurate quote.
