The plumbing was not correctly measured before the unit was fixed, which meant the unit had to be cut open to fit the plumbing ! First the chap who made the mistake went away on holidays without finishing the job , when he got back I managed to get the sink unit plumbed in but he was meant to finish off the open back panel of the cabinet, this was in September and now I am being told he is not available as he has had an accident , the only other person who can do it is able to to do it in December !! So I am left with a great big hole where the plumbing goes !! And I paid these people the full amount right at the begin if they said that was the company policy. It's absolutely awful how I have been treated not once have they apologised for the inconsiderable delay in finishing the job. I have now been left with no options but to start legal proceedings and I have also tried contacting the main head office to see if they can do something about it. I would not recommend doing business with this franchise at all.View less
