I am trying to use the least amount of plastic possible due to the huge negative environmental impacts of plastic. I waited on hold for 7 minutes hoping to speak with a real person. Instead I received an automated response "that my call could not be taken now. Please leave a message." I plan to cancel my subscription unless the use of plastic is discontinued.
