Ordered some parts from the moco to be sent in because they didn't have them in the store, they arrived Thursday, Friday after work still not checked in to be picked up so I stopped in to see if someone could check them in quick and I could have my parts that were paid for when I ordered, was told no the receiver isn't back yet, so I called Saturday , was told the receiver is now off til Tuesday so maybe they'll be ready Tuesday, well that puts my work 3 days behind now, because someone doesn't want to scan a package for the customer to pick up, already 2 days past the delivery date, and not one bit of communication from them when I asked to speak to a manager or have one call me back, and no response to messages on messenger even though theyve been seen read more

Stopped in for the spring open house and what a disappointment: They had a promotion going on...Get five stamps on your card for visiting each dealer station - sales, service, parts, motor clothes and get a can Cousy and a plastic cup. It was slim Pickens in the parts and accessories area too as they didn't have the parts I was looking for. They were quick to tell me they would order it and then I asked the parts guy for a discount. He flat out said no discounts! Motorcycle prices new and used are absolutely stupid high with about $2,400 in additional dealer fees to pad the bill. How are they going to sell these when the recession comes? Oh it's coming. And if you're a true biker yuppie, you can walk upstairs and have a $7.00 latte at the coffee bar. I'm surprised they don't have a TV tuned into CNN or MSNBC. Motor clothing prices are also in the stratosphere. The mens belts are $47 and made in Taiwan. Who wants pay $33 for a baseball hat that says Harley on it? Not me! I Give them two stars because most of the people were very nice (except the parts guy). I can't see this dealership making it. I love the folks in Fond du Lac but truth be told, they are some of the most frugal people in Wisconsin and they are not gonna stand for ridiculous yuppie prices set by remote owners from St. Louis or Pennsylvania. This was once a great dealer that was sold in the past year. Although they did breath in new life with lots of fresh bikes on the floor the customer service is absolutely horrible. My wife who knows what she's looking at and what she's looking for was never approached by anyone to offer any assistance or answer any questions. She felt like she was ignored be cause she's a woman and didn't know what she was looking at. Meanwhile I was at the service desk because I had a bike broke down on the other side of the highway directly across from the dealer and was seeking to have it picked up and looked at. Keep in mind they did not appear to be extremely busy but I was told they couldn't pick it up until the next day. It's 1 in the afternoon and my bike is going to sit there for a day before pickup? Unacceptable. The old dealer would have at least picked it up to have it safely on-site. I feel like the staff has no sense of urgency and that I'm a bother to want to do business here. Top shelf personnel.Traveling from KC to Sturgeon Bay last Sunday June 30th and a storm rolled in during our stop there. JD and his staff opened the service area for our bikes as shelter from the storm then recommended a great Italian joint for us to lunch at. Motor Clothes girls took darn good care of us and the sale rack was a REAL sale rack. Triple win! Highly recommend this dealership. The brotherhood is strong here. Thanks for all you did for us! These folks are the best!! My charging system went down (just before closing time at the shop, of course) and I'm all the way from Los Angeles. The part was on backorder for 2 weeks! We looked at options like shipping or hauling my bike back home when Pops and the other managers decided to take the part from a demo bike and install it into mine. Unbelievable!!
