Even when I said I'd have help with folks taking in the extra stuff I missed, they were intent on moving it to the next day, which I can't do. Moving is already very stressful. Dropoff offered a reasonable rate for 2 hour delivery, so I contacted them through their website. I don't have an account with them, which made the process a bit cumbersome because they have an AI bot which is frustrating and ineffective - par for the course with AI customer service. I took off a star for that. I wish companies would use human, in-country representatives. When I finally reached a human on the phone, the lady was friendly, professional and had my pickup/delivery set up in no time. Because it was kind of a one-time deal, the price was a little steep, I assume, but not unreasonable. At that point, I was just happy to get my dog's insulin picked up at the veterinarian in Boerne and delivered to me. The driver was fantastic! She was so polite and friendly.
