We have called him 2 more times now for other things at our business. His response time is amazing even if he cant get to us that day he answers the call which nowadays is rare. I love that he actually also took the time to label my entire box correctly the first time I've ever been able to open that box and know exactly what breaker goes to what. The 2 by 4 started leaning and the cable started sagging until it was snagged by a truck passing by and half tore the 2 by 4 off the house, letting the cable hang to 10 feet above the road. I called and was told it was 45 minutes on hold for a representative. I drove to the local office to report the safety hazard and was told to just cut it myself. What? So I did. I got the 2 by 4 completely removed, then cut the wire to the house and the wire to the cable itself. Kicked the cable to the side of the road. No one has come out to coil it and put it back on the main line or anything else. If this is their first impression, the installation, imagine how bad the customer service and/or repairs would be! He sent a bid in the mail for electrical work to be done which was very reasonable in price. We had to have our main service panel replaced which was very outdated and at risk for fire issues. Dan and his partner Kathy were here the day and time they said, did a beautiful job and left the job site completely clean. They are honest and forthright and I would use their services again in a heartbeat. They finished the job the same day they started and called Central Lincoln PUD to turn the electric back on after they finished. We were without power for only 6 1/2 hours.
