The 2 by 4 started leaning and the cable started sagging until it was snagged by a truck passing by and half tore the 2 by 4 off the house, letting the cable hang to 10 feet above the road. I called and was told it was 45 minutes on hold for a representative. I drove to the local office to report the safety hazard and was told to just cut it myself. What? So I did. I got the 2 by 4 completely removed, then cut the wire to the house and the wire to the cable itself. Kicked the cable to the side of the road. No one has come out to coil it and put it back on the main line or anything else. If this is their first impression, the installation, imagine how bad the customer service and/or repairs would be! I work from home so I can't be without internet. I decided not to use them after I saw their installation....so very unprofessional!!
