I have known Rob for 5 or 6 years as attorney, counselor, and friend. I have always been able to…read morecount on Rob for excellent business and legal advice. I have always felt that Rob is thoughtful, professional, sincere, and concerned. I have not always liked what Rob has had to say, but that tells me several things. First, he is being very straight with me, Second, he knows more about the law than I do. And third, I had better do what he is suggesting I do. You simply cannot ask for more of your business attorney. Rob was a great choice for me, and he will be for you.

As a small business, we need all the help and expert guidance we can get. After our initial…read moreconsultation with Counselor Nutt, it was clear he was somebody we wanted on the team. Rob Nutt is a personable, knowledgeable (and most importantly a patient and kind) consultant who understands small businesses, and takes the time to learn what we do, and how he can help. Counselor Nutt has been an invaluable asset, and a good friend. He has a brilliant legal mind, a servant's heart, and a passion for helping small business entrepreneurs navigate the often choppy and confusing waters we face building our businesses, and more importantly, protecting and growing what we worked hard to create. If Rob Nutt is not on your team, he should be. Retaining his services is one of the best decisions we ever made - Chris Martineau: Owner - At Home Auto detailing

My husband and I used Mr. Gordon to sell a property that was gifted to us after a death in the…read morefamily. We spent 6 months trying to get this settled before finally firing him. We would call all the time for updates and could never get an answer. My husband would call just before going in to his office, no answer, yet he is sitting at his desk playing solitaire. This happened multiple times. I mean, you can't make this stuff up. I would call from different numbers just to get an answer. I would ask where we are in the process and he would make stuff up that didn't make sense and then say he would call and never would. He gave us date after date to when the process would come to a close, and time after time we would spend 2 or 3 days after that date trying to get ahold of him just to hear that it wasn't done. Meanwhile, we have a buyer that we're stringing along because Mr. Gordon can't get his stuff together and were paying $1200 each month on the mortgage while we wait for Mr. Gordon to finally finish this. Finally the day I fired him, 2 days after thee day he said we would sign papers, I asked him what was the hold up and questioned what he said because he wasn't making sense, was giving me mumbo-jumbo lawyer talk so I couldn't understand what was going on, he says he isn't in the mood to argue about it and hangs up on me. This is 6 months of waiting and calling and trying to keep our buyer on the hook and paying the monthly mortgage and living paycheck to paycheck because of it, all for nothing The real kicker is that because we didn't sign a contract with Mr. Gordon, there isn't anything we can do about his laziness and failure to act like a real lawyer that is trying to get things done for his client. What a snake. In the beginning I worried we would be bothering him by calling and showing up at his office, but we could never reach him so we had no other choice if we wanted to know what was going on with the process. I have never had a more devastating and terrible experience with someone I was paying for services. Never. Now we are back to square one in the process, our buyer will most likely drop out because we are starting over, we have to continue to pay this mortgage for every month that our next lawyer takes to make this happen , not to mention to get another buyer if ours drops out, and that is assuming Mr. Gordon had done literally anything at all in the process over the last 6 months because there has never been any proof, only what he says when you call for 3 days and finally show up at his office for an answer. Not only that, but part of the process we did ourselves after he told us what was supposedly holding him up, and we decided to do it ourselves which took less than a day. I am furious. I hope nobody else every has to go through this.
