There was a period of 2 months between that court date and the next one. I never heard from him. I called, emailed, left messages, nothing. The case was important to my husband and I. Seemed like it wasn't at all to him. Two days before the court date, he called me back and we briefly discussed my case. When we got to court it was a disaster. He had no clue what was going on and when the judge asked him questions he was lost. Embarrassing. The court date was continued again.
