I came here for a newborn passport photo at 10:05 and didn't leave until 10:50 am. The woman Susana, a hispanic woman, was very dismissive, nonchalant, and indifferent. I took the newborn photo at home, ensuring that I meet all the requirements. I asked her if I could print the photo out, she said I would have to do a 4x6 which is the smallest size. Informing her that I needed a passport photo, she told me I would have to wait, because she was unloading and sorting through packages. Due to me having a passport appointment and I need to get the photo printed asap, I asked if I could upload the photo and pay the passport photo price. I did not want to lay my newborn on the counter to take a passport photo, especially since my newborn was asleep. She said I would have to go online and try then said I needed to go through the app. All of this wasted time and heres why. I take my newborn out of the carrier lay him on the counter now agitated. NOT ONCE did she take ANY PHOTO, she kept trying to touch my baby and hitting the button geeting a pre flash light. Another associate walked over and told me I could upload the photo on the kiosk and pay for it as a passport photo, if I had a photo of the newborn eyes open and looking at the camera. Susana was agitated that the associate said that and then finally did what I orginally asked after 40 MINS OF WASTING MY TIME. read more

The Photo department at this Walgreens is the BEST! If you want your passport photos taken this is the place to go! Friendly professional service and high quality photos. They were able to email my photos as well. 10/10. (The pharmacy is the worst. When I went there, it made me cry.) read more

I can't wait for the day AI/robots replace the job of a Walgreens pharmacist. I spent two days calling and driving around looking for a pharmacy that carries ear drops for my son's ear infection and I finally found this location. The pharmacist told me to come back in a few hours after their lunch because the entire pharmacy staff leaves for lunch in 15 minutes and apparently that means no one can grab a bottle of ear drops in under 15 minutes. I know pharmacies are busy but you're a human being providing a service to another human being. One of the several people there could have gotten the bottle of ear drops off the shelf and given it to my 9 year old before their lunch break in 15 minutes. The female pharmacists who were working there today, June 18 2025, you should get a different job if you can't walk to a shelf to grab a bottle of ear drops for a 9 year old in under 15 minutes who has been needing them for 2 days. read more

The pharmacy is the worst in the area. The staff has no sense of urgency or customer service. They seem to frequently be out of meds. When they don't have meds on hand they make no attempt reach out to other Walgreens. If they are your pharmacy dump them if you haven't already. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Has everyone in the pharmacy forgotten they are paid to be there and offer a service? Zero customer service or care from this pharmacy. I called 5 minutes before close at 6 pm because I was waiting on meds to be filled for an out of town trip and by the time I finally got a pharmacist she answered the phone with no greeting and just said the pharmacy is closed you need to call back tomorrow. It was 6:01. My call was time sensitive and they didn't even bother to say hello or offer to help since they were already on the phone. Rude and unprofessional. read more

Love Walgreens! There are a variety and plethora of products, greeting cards, magazines, candy, vitamins, over-the-counter meds and even photo options! The employees are so customer-focused and each and every Walgreens has a wonderful vibe! read more

I went into my local Walgreens today and try to buy shampoo, I press the help button to buy shampoo, and I realized I didn't need any more help. The managers came over and told me to stop messing around and they kicked me out, they brought three managers, and they started screaming at me, threaten to call the cops and told me to get out, I feel harassed and I just feel horrible, please do not go to this Walgreens, have a good day. read more

I was in the store today and I was looking for a shampoo products and the manager came over and said do you need any help? I didn't need any help and she's like OK then don't be messing around meanwhile I was just looking for a shampoo. Then the manager got all the employees and they all yelled at me to get out of the store and never come in again I didn't even do anything though I was looking for a shampoo that they didn't have and I asked him do you have any and they said no get out of my store like I told you or I will call the police I think it was because I was more of a light skin tone but I'm not sure if that was the problem. I would not recommend because it made me feel unsafe and out of place and I am just tired of this. So after all that happened all the goons they had working there went to the front of the store and made sure I couldn't come back in to buy my shampoo. All I want is one shampoo in the first place this is so not acceptable. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Julie SUCKS as a pharmacist. She didn't order my prescription In AND didn't tell me SHE DIDNT HAVE IT in the store. Y'all if your insurance allows you to use Walgreens; use this one!!! My insurance no lingers contracts with them and this location went above and beyond for me to get my prescription transferred!!!! Do not use this pharmacy. The staff is rude and condescending. On our most recent encounter we were on hold for over 15 minutes and then they hung up. We had to call the store and get the store manager to walk over and get them to answer the phone. The pharmacist didn't try to help solve our problem. We gave up and called CVS on Due West Rd. They took the call and said they would call Walgreens to transfer the prescription. They were helpful and humane. This is not our first problem with this pharmacy. Find another pharmacy. read more

Was there yesterday for a purchase in the photo department. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful even though they were backed up a bit. The associate that assisted me was very nice and helpful but reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so obnoxious it was nauseating. read more
