She told me it would be filled in a month. It was a monthly med and I was 29 days past the last script filled. My Dr sends in 2 at a time and she couldn't figure it out so I walked her through it. She was actually the most incompetent out of many incompetent employees. What made it better was she was sweet. Sweet, kind, helpful are not words customers use for this pharmacy. When I 1st started using them about 10 years ago the male at the window was not just rude, he was scary, threatening. A simple way to 4xplain their total lack if competence us this. Im 77, and I can't open child proof caps. It's on my record they pull off. I ask every time to make sure its not the childproof type. If I didn't ask or a family member picks it up I get childproof. If they are unable to read that, and give me the proper cap how can we be surprised when they make other " mistakes" The worst thing for me instead of ever apologizing, or being nice they lie to try and cover their mistakes up. CVS Corporate doesn't care. I think its time we turn to whoever governs Pharmacists. People including me continue using this pharmacy because its open 24 hours. In our busy lives that helps.

However, today's encounter was unacceptable. When I arrived, the drive-through window was closed, which resulted in one of the longest lines I have seen inside the store. After waiting patiently, I was finally assisted by an associate pharmacist, Isabel, who was reviewing my card information. After doing so, she instructed me to step out of line and return behind another gentleman who was originally behind me, rather than simply allowing me to remain at the counter or rejoin as the next customer. I politely asked the gentleman if he would mind allowing me to step back in front of him since I had already been at the counter. He graciously agreed. However, when I returned to the counter, the associate had not provided my prescription to the cashier. I explained that she had already quoted me the price and I was ready to pay. She then responded in a very sharp and dismissive tone, stating that she had "told" me to wait behind the other gentleman. I was taken aback. I calmly explained that I believed the prescription was ready, since I had already been given the total and the medication was visibly bagged and labeled. At that point, a manager intervened and reiterated--also in a curt tone--that it was not ready and that I would need to wait behind the gentleman as previously instructed. I then asked how long the wait would be, explaining that I had an appointment to attend. I was told it would be "about five minutes." I ultimately had to notify my client that I would be delayed because I was waiting for medication that appeared to be prepared and ready for purchase. The tone, lack of courtesy, and unnecessary rigidity in handling this situation were extremely disappointing. What could have been resolved in a matter of seconds became an uncomfortable and avoidable interaction. Customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially after waiting in a long line. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from this location.

The pharmacy staff have been very helpful to me whenever there have been RX issues. They have also been fantastic about helping me transfer RXs to other locations and back when I ran out of meds on the road. Overall, I appreciate them and their hard, thankless work. They've made my life better.

I called back to check the status and they blamed the other pharmacy. I called the other pharmacy who advised that walgreens had just now sent it over and they had just spoke on the phone with them. I called walgreens who assured my son, who tried to get it for me, that they would text me the second it was ready. I casually mentioned I was just 10 minutes from the store. This was around 2:00. They put it off until I got the text at 5:43pm. I got in the car, was held up 2 minutes at the light, but I made it! I sat behind a car for 3 minutes. As they drove off I pulled up and they shut the shade! I look at my phone and it was 5:59. I pushed the call button. I honked my horn for that entire minute. I yelled that I need that medication and that was the point of transferring it and begged them to please give it to me... and my caregiver went to the door to tell them they shut the shade on me and I was in line on time. Now I remember why they haven't been my main pharmacy since 2022!!! Thats okay. I am grateful for the reminder, because I was about to transfer all my medications, about 12 very pricey ones, back to my local Walgreens. They saved me alot of hassle. I had corporate on the phone before he got back to the car. I will never darken their drive thru again. I told Corporate everything they did and did not do as well as told them that I will never have them so much as give me a flu shot ever again. They caused me prolonged suffering and if my health gets worse, I will be sure to call a lawyer about it. If they had told me they had no intention of filling that prescription, one little prepackaged pill that took until 15 minutes before closing to fill, I would have transferred it to Walmart instead! This is what they did instead. That one pill cost them a small fortune they could have made off my full list of meds every month. I hope they get fired for their actions because they shouldn't treat people like that, and that is how they treated me a few years back. It was always a hassle, and I think they were double billing back then, too, saying something cost 120.00 that was less than 10.00 on my insurance, yet said they saved me with a good rx card. and I was bedbound after surgery back then so I couldn't argue. Thats why I left. The new pharmacy billed it right the first time. Thanks for shaking my memory bank! I nearly forgot what money and suffering they caused me! Closer to home is not more convenient!!
