REALLY!! this is a matter over $15.00 I feel could have been easily rectified by a store gift card I would use towards my next prescriprion.

I went to them for treatment but after the X-rays were read, they were not equipped to meet my needs. They did furnish me with the names of other practices. I highly appreciated their efforts, The practice requires payment at the time of treatment that is fine, they do submit the insurance, the funds are then sent from the carrier to the patient. The receptionist is not very friendly in fact you feel that she disrespects you, unfortunately as I came to experience, the practice will not acknowledge any blame for their wrongdoing. I had summited all my insurance information after my consultation and after 4 months I decided to place a call to the insurance co.to ask when I could expect payment, I was informed that payment had been made and sent to the Draper practice on November 23rd 2022. I phoned and was told that several steps had to happen before the funds were available, I was very frustrated and demanded immediate action. Next I received a viscous, hateful letter, ( no apology,) from the Draper practice. Dr Draper lied when confronted ,denying the length of time stated by the insurance co. instead of 4 months she estimated it was only one. Dr Draper was by this time at screaming pitch disavowing any misconduct and threatening me with legal action if I were ever to contact her practice again. I contacted the ins co. once more and relaid the awful experience I had just received, like myself they were stunned and verified the same information, payment had been sent to the dentist 4 months ago. I am still in shock in all my 79 years I have never experienced such abominable unprofessional behavior.

Was looking for a place to have dental work as my bridge of 20 plus years just fell out. They…read moreseemed to be confident in what they were doing until it came time to pull the teeth that had broken off below gum line. One tech said she was worried that they were going to try to drill them out. I went to and oral surgeon and had them removed surgically. During the partial imprint process the tech used so much mold stuff when I was told to bite down it pushed into my throat and I could not breath. How could you get a good imprint if I was not able to bite down all the way. When my partials came back the top one was wrapped and will not stay in so I cannot wear it at all. The bottom is loose and when I try to eat it comes out Both top and bottom partial have had several attempts to grind them down to make them fit with no luck. Also they made a new impression of my teeth with my partials in. Then charged me $300 for doing work that was covered under the contract I signed. I have asked for a copy of my complete bill and as of this writing I have not received it. I want to compare what my insurance has paid and what I have paid. Also they charged me 1.2k to pull 6 teeth but when I went to the surgeon they only refunded me $800. Does not seem right to me. I have complained to the district manager with no luck of getting any help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.
