Diana is the reason why I am giving this location 5 stars. Please look for her when you come because she is the sweetest and most informative person in the store. Thanks Diana!!!

If you are coming to B&BW at Concord Mills park at Books A Million, walk in, turn left and go down about 7 stores; it's on your left. ALSO like anything else, inflation has the normal "free/reward gift" of $16.50 now $18.95 but guess what? You can't use your reward towards the higher/inflated price item! What in the Heck?! If inflation increases, so should your reward! Fix it B&BW! The reward should be the new 16.50 which is $18.95

If you don't have the app, but you shop here your wasting money. Both my sisters take advantage of the sales and also get free stuff driven by their points systems and managed on the app. I nabbed a few body washes on sale for $4.95, which is a big discount from their regular price of $13.50. Which my sister knew about... You guessed it via the app. They have so many novel items and seasonal fragrances, but what I really enjoy from B&BW is their wall plug in fragrances! And how they stand by their products. I feel confident purchasing products from a company like this. So needless to say, I have downloaded this app, and I am gonna let the savings commence.

Visiting the mall, of course, I had to stop in here and use the coupons I received in the mail. Normal B&BW store. They had all the Christmas scents out, and I was in heaven. They do have brand new stuff out (to me), which consisted of body wash (not the shower gel) and butter cream now. So definitely a treat to be able to look at all the new products. Unfortunately, the store did not have a pleasant smell at all to it. It smelled more like sewer instead of nice B&BW products like normal. I believe the employees were trying to remedy that, but they just kept spraying the room sprays, which just made the store smell like sewer and scents and made my head hurt. Other than that, everything else was nice and no long lines. The employees were friendly and helpful. I was shocked to know that they have separated from Victoria Secrets, so now if you have a VS credit card, you will not be able to use it at the B&BW stores.

I usually walk right past Bath & Body Works stores holding my nose and with shallow breaths. It usually makes me sneeze. But when you're shopping for presents for your lovely wife, you get 'er done. It was hard for me to tell, since I don't usually see in this spectrum, but it seemed like they really only have about six or eight different scents and flavors, but they fill in the space by expanding the options for acquiring it. Shampoo? Body gel? Bath salts? Candles? Soaps? Hand creams? If your significant other likes a particular scent, you can probably buy enough here to drown them in it. Wow, cynical much?

Just a shout out to the workers because whenever I go in, people are so nice and helpful, which is super rare these days in retail!

This time of year is busy, the employees should have a better attitude. Rude, simply rude, & these are managers!

The fragrances used in these unique candles are bath and body safe and the wax is soy based which means you can light this aromatic candle to illuminate the room and set the mood, then rub the wax on your skin as a moisturizer. Xavier is the owner of Top Shelf Candle Co and he has mastered turning trash into art with his environmental friendly recycled candle glass bottles. He assures that every bottle is cleaned, hand cut, sanded and filled with a premium scented soy wax. There is a large selection of fragrances to choose from so you can mix and match your desired scent, but rest assured that no two candles will smell the same. Xavier is charismatic and he makes the class fun and entertaining. He gives step-by-step instructions on creating your candle and plays fun filler games while you wait about one hour for your candle to set. This was a fun, educational experience that left me wanting to learn more about the art of candle making.

There are tons of things you can do such as painting, oil making, and candle making. The challenge was we paid in advance for what we thought was the full experience. When we arrived it was just to enter the building. We still had to pay for the experience. We decided on candle making. I have done this with another group so this was a different experience. The young lady gave us a book to read and the supplies. No one walked us through the process. She did bring the wax and labels at the end. It was a quick session. I like having an actual experience and engagement during the process. Like my candle but was hoping for a little more. Maybe if I had a large group it would be different. The staff person was really nice. It just the entrance cost and hands off was my biggest challenge.

The staff there is very friendly and the store is so well stocked. The prices are very fair compared to other boutique style stores, but I'd say the Village Store has the biggest selection of home and gift items in the Lake area.
