I want to start by saying Adrianna Q. is such a sweetheart and really helpful. Other than her, everyone else I came across was horrible. I placed one photo order for pickup and was guaranteed a same-day delivery. The order should of been done that same night. I decided to wait until the next day to pick up. I entered the store and was ignored by the only man I saw working the front area. He looked half asleep. Once I asked for help he couldn't "find" my order. He didn't try to get me any answers as to where my photo order was in the process. I was not in a rush or anything so I was happy to wait. Instead, he calls someone over for help. She very quickly searched up my order and realized no one printed it out. She then lets me know it would be ready 40 minutes to an hour later. I come back 2 hours later and not only is my order wrong. It was tampered with. Adrianna was nice enough not to send me away and tell me to come back later- rather she printed my puzzle immediately so I wouldn't have to then make a third trip back to the store. There were people lingering around the store and in my personal space that made me super uncomfortable. Won't be coming back here. read more

This by far is now my favorite Walgreens in town. Since the moment I arrived I was greeted by the clerk at the front. They had so much sales going on and most of the items I needed were locked up and thus I was constantly needing assistance from them to open the drawers. They were so patient and did not bother to assist me. I was content with my entire purchase and experience. The store overall was neatly organized and clean. read more

I have 13 years using this Walgreens in Wyoming and Indian school and the last years and the last 4 months is becoming worse for me, spend 30 to 45 mines waiting on the phone with two calls in front of me is inaceptable. This Walgreens is ridiculously efficient. It's my favorite drive thru pharmacy because they make it so easy to drop off and instantly fill my prescriptions with minimum wait. It's super close to Kaseman so if you need to fill a prescription from your doctor or the ER, it's extra convenient! On the few occasions that I've browsed the store while waiting for a prescription, I've found the store to be clean and well stocked. It also has clean bathrooms. It's rare these days to find a Walgreens with a public bathroom that is clean and doesn't make you feel like you are breaking into a secret employees only backroom when you use it. Today, finally, they had 1/3 of my rx ready -- they offered to take back the 1/3 and I could come back at some point to get a whole rx. If I could give 0 stars it would be a compliment. The cashier Gigi was rude when I asked to use the bathroom and then instructed a man to open the door for me to which I saw this. Utterly disgusting and a health hazard, blood, feces, urine, and trash all over the floor in a store that probably hasn't been cleaned in years. This Walgreens is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's clean and organized. Items are priced. The selection is great. Lots of the deals require a membership card (or just provide a phone number), but that's free. They tend to have a terrific selection of holiday/seasonal items. I have never been treated as poorly at any business as I have by the staff at this Walgreens. I scheduled an appointment for a PCR test and followed the instructions emailed to me to go inside the store to check in at the testing counter. There was no testing counter so I waited in line for ten minutes to check in. The woman at the counter then tried to discourage me from taking the test by asking me, "you really want to pay $128 for this?" I said yes because I needed it for work travel and was already aware of the cost. She then told me that I had to go get in the drive thru line. When I informed her that that's not the appointment I made or the instructions I was given, she pointed to the drive through window so I left and got in the drive thru line. 15 minutes later, it was my turn at the drive thru window and the woman there told me my test needed to be taken inside the store. I pointed at the other woman who told me to get in the drive thru and said she told me to get in this line outside. I was upset at this point and then she said she was going to refuse service to me if I was going to raise my voice. I calmly informed her I needed this test done and just to figure out what I needed to do. At this point the woman inside who gave me the wrong information came over and closed the curtain to the drive thru window. I was so shaken up but the fact that they were gaslighting me and then threatened me when I showed emotional distress. I will never return to any Walgreens location ever again. I hope the staff here live the lives they deserve. read more

This Walgreens has absolutely the worst pharmacy in the city, the customer service and professionalism is nonexistent. they are now open at random times, and you call the store to find out nobody's in the pharmacy for the whole day at some points. They literally answer the phone and hang up immediately on you, or they don't answer the phone at all. If you need a prescription filled, I advise calling two weeks in advance to make sure they have the prescription in stock otherwise you're gonna wait that time frame, and that's if they actually read your prescription right and don't screw it up! Somebody seriously needs to step in and and fire, and rehire the whole stores staff, because they are all a bunch of incompetent idiots! How they haven't gotten sued or shut down at this point is beyond me. read more

I have to say I liked this store at first. Except for one serious issue, it is generally better than the Walgreens in my old neighborhood. But now that I have been going to this one for four months, I am incredibly frustrated because they don't even seem to be trying to fix this issue. Their shopping carts keep getting stolen and there are only one or two for this busy store, yet there are MANY disabled and elderly customers who shop here, including myself and it is a huge (sometimes painful) issue if I need to get more than a couple small things. Surely they could figure out some solution to this theft problem. I simply cannot shop there anymore unless they get the cart situation figured out. read more

I walked in early morning to buy some allergy medication. I was running late to work. Of course all medication similar is behind lock and key - not only was there at least 4-5 employees walking around but as I pressed the call button for the sixth time, a man with glasses , passed me and said "sorry" then walked to the employees only door. I pressed the button again, a woman came and I told her the medication I wanted. She grabbed one from in the case and said 'I dunno if this is the one but it's the same thing.' I walked with her to the front and explained I was in a hurry and she told me 'longer wait times with the new security cases' I told her I had been ringing the call button at least ten times and she took no urgency. Rang me up slow and gave no correspondence while taking my rewards info or my card. I rushed out clearly bothered and she laughed at me as I left the store. She went out of her way to let me know she didn't give a f**k about my time restraint, and that she was intentionally being rude. She got invigorated by this and it made her happy to see me upset. read more

I got my passport photo done here and it was rejected by the US Department of State because the photo was done incorrectly. I paid for expedited service on my passport application and did everything right on my end but because of either employee's lack of care or the facility's failure to provide adequate training, my application is now in limbo and my travel plans have to be halted. It is extremely disappointing when vendors who have our trust to do their job correctly absolutely fail to do it. I should have been getting my passport tomorrow and booking my trip but due to this facility's negligence, who knows when that will happen. Do not get your passport photo done here. read more

One of the newer Walgreens stores in town. Everyone here was pleasant and well organized. I was treated well but not exceptional, overall just a pleasant experience. That being said I am not a regular here so perhaps I can get more friendly with them as I continue to come here. All in all, solid Walgreens experience with a well stocked, clean, and modern store. read more
