Thank you to Samantha, in the pharmacy at Walgreens on Blackburn, for going above and beyond to help me with a difficult pre-approval. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went through smoothly. Samantha took the time to explain the process, made extra calls on my behalf, and followed up until my medication was approved. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, compassion, and persistence the way she does. Samantha, you're AMAZING - YOU make Walgreens the BEST pharmacy in the area. I think she may have been cutting them down like that to avoid that, but I didn't have ingrown in the first place. Not to mention that in order to fix an ingrown your supposed to cut along the side, not at the corner from my own personal experience. Cutting a toenail at the corner gave me a jagged painful edge which is just now been picked off today and the swelling is already going down. Just had my toes done a few days ago.
