I switched my shopping and prescription after 17 years with merced R street location to Atwater location recently only for the fact that .Merced store on R street some of the employee's and the atmosphere there had become very rude and the manager was so rude to customers even me when I had went to get my prescription I had noticed attitudes had changed after going there for a very long time. Now there are still a few employee's that are great there. I decided it's time to change stores sadly to say now I go to Atwater California store very nice employee's good atmosphere. read more

I went to this store yesterday and after waiting in the drive thru line and them helping the car in front of me, the person at the window put up a closed sign without even speaking with me. I then hit the button and she talked thru the blind telling me they close at 5 and I told her I was in line and she help the car in front of me and she said it didn't madder. I got a prescription for chronic pain from out of state. After being told it would be ready at 4:00 I saw it was delayed. I called to find out why and after two hold sessions I was told it couldn't be filled. I stated that someone could have told me that two ours ago. The response was rude and indicated the pharmacist doesn't take responsibility for her staff's errors. read more

As a pharmacy, this location is fairly slow with refilling prescriptions and also doesn't do a very good job in answering the telephones when customers call in with questions. As a retail store, the weekly specials and in store sales are the best way for you to purchase quality goods while saving a decent amount of money in comparison with larger competitors. read more

I think the manager lady was to young too immature and down right bitch.. I dont use that word lightly either growing up with 6 sisters and a single mom. Rude mean I believe shes picking and choosing who hand sanitizer will go too or keeping some for her family or friends or self. The front end employee ya we got a shipment and pretty sure I saw sanitizer were still putting it out then the manager said no. Then I try to add money to chime card cash and my license is expired cant fix it with the dmv being closed and she wont allow it to be done. I'm not taking money off the card I'm adding money to the card and not purchasing something illegal so why cant it be done. She just didnt like me the minute I saw her she looked upset like she was having a bad day.. read more

Pretty good customer service. They have automated prescription refills, 1 hour photos lab, they can refill printer cartridges, Redbox, and pretty good deals on snacks foods. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because they seem to always never have my prescription ready by their quoted time. So I always add an hour or two to their quoted pick up time. read more

The best customer service received at Pharmacy ever at any pharmacy. The staff was super nice and very empathetic. I would like to name two employees in there who helped me - Angeline and Jer. Angeline was on call with insurance company for a long time resolving an issue of the customer ahead of us & at the same time multi-tasking helping other customers. I have never seen such a service anywhere. Please continue doing what you do. I had another visit after a month and all I've to say is that there is consistency in customer service. Some of the staff here are friendly but some of them esp this lady named Pam,i think was one of the most rudest person ibe ever met in a customer service related job,im not surw is she is really tired or something bit atleast u know be fake and do ur job,I was very nice asking if they have this specific laundry soap,as i check their invertory on walgreens app which is rarely inaccurate they still have 16bottles. I said hi to this lady and she didnt even smile back at me,when i ask her oh i check online u guys might have it can u check it for me,she shows her mad face and tells me " oh well its not always how you see it there" and turn back at me and while walking super slow she said let me go look at the back" the moment she response like that i already knew she'll be lazy to check or 100% sure she will come out and say oh we dont have it... and i was right and still she have that shitty mad face,i was speechless cause i didnt even show a single sign of rudeness,i was even smiling at her,she even told me "she thats why you dont trust that walgreens website" and she turns back at me again not even say a word..well i didnt said i trusted it thats why i ask if u have it?pls my advice to people working in a customer service related job,quit the job if u dont know the word "nice"..... read more

Pharmacy drive thru Nov14, 2016 at 7pm stood in line for about 45 min! (Which that didn't really bother me) Got to the window and gave my prescription to the lady. I was told it wouldn't be ready until 8:45 so I went home and came back to the pharmacy at 8:45 and this lady walks out the door towards the store aisle to get my drops I needed. (While watching her through the glass) I was like really?!?! Is this really happening!?!? I waited a whole hour!?? When she could have done this on my first visit through the freaking drive through!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! That was awful customer service! And inconsiderate! It took less than 3 min to go to the aisle to get the damn drops!! read more
