This is a very new drugstore and it's bright, well-lit and well stocked. Unfortunately, it still has the horrible checkout situation where there is no real line so depending on how many people are in line and how many cashiers are open, you aren't sure when or how you'll get waited on. Why don't CVS just put in those little guides so there's a queue? Anyway, the cashier was super nice and the transaction was efficient. Plenty of parking and there's actually a metal cow piece of art out front. It might be a bike rack, I'm not really sure. But it's cool and I regret not getting a picture of it. This one is incrementally nicer than the one down in Allouez. Sorry other CVS!

My girlfriend and I have had numerous issues with this Walgreens and other Walgreens in the last…read moreyear. I will stick to this Walgreens specifically though. There have been numerous times where we have both received messages that multiple scripts are ready for pick up and when we arrive they are NOT ready. We literally have driven there several times for absolutely no reason because we were told our meds were ready and waiting. It is quite frustrating. Now we call first just to make sure. My girlfriend had a run around on the phone for three hours (because of disconnections or hang ups) trying to figure out where her medication was. She NEEDED this medication and HAD to get it. They kept trying to find it and they transferred her to various departments to find the medication and to have it delivered. They said they didn't have a notification from the doctor for the script. Then in another phone call they did. FINALLY she got ahold of someone and that knew what was going on. They had canceled the order for some reason and she had to have her doctor send the script order again. It was a very frustrating experience and it upset me to see her go through this. There have been many issues for both of us there for awhile. I don't know if it is a lack of staff or the hiring of incompetent people or not training people properly. While I can understand these issues happening I still don't want to deal with this as a customer. We are slowly getting meds from other pharmacies and will leave Walgreens all together eventually. Hopefully they will "get it together" soon but we are not waiting. Medication is too important to have to struggle with.

Second, who works here? There are several check outs but no one at them, the only place that seems to be staffed is the pharmacy drive through so if you're lucky someone will show up and check you out after waiting for about 15 minutes. Last, the layout of the store makes no sense and it's difficult to find what you need and there is definitely no one around to help you.

We were shopping for about ten minutes, and we paid for everything and had left. About not even 10 seconds after we left a police officer pulled up and told us to go back into the store. (We had been in the store twice, the first time I had bought fake nails with my sister who is darker and the second time I had brought my sister who has curlier and thicker hair and slightly lighter skin) He told us to empty our pockets and bags/backpacks, when we had only had our umbrella and coats because it was raining. He said we were accused of shoplifting and we had complied, and emptied our pockets. We were there for about 10 minutes being questioned, when there were other white men and women, with bags, that were larger than average bags were, but they were not questioned at all, and is making me question how and why this is okay. And why weren't other customers questioned if we were stealing or not is what is the most questionable. This isn't the first time that this Walgreens has been accused of racial profiling and it sure as hell will not be the last, don't shop here if you're of darker complexion and want the cops called for being here for 10-15 minutes, and keep in mind other white customers were in there at the same time for the same amount of time.

While I was a there I asked if there was a chance I could get my shot. The tech said no, that they needed a half hour to get things out together after their lunch break. So I left. I then arrived at 4pm and was told that I didn't sign up for that location. As I had already deleted my confirmation from my phone I could not confirm what he was saying. I asked if he could cancel the other location and give me the shot. He said it would take too long and I should go to the other location. This guy was a total jerk and said sarcastically, "have a good day". (this was the Allouez location on Webster Avenue)

Much like an old neighborhood drug store they have just enough everyday household items that they often save me unnecessary trips to the big box store to find a new padlock or a new fragrance free downy that is friendly to sensitive "fussy" skin types like myself, for example! I also appreciate that their app sends timely notifications alerting me to some new deals as I pull into the parking lot. Makes me comfortable that they take data privacy seriously in that they use the location access responsibly and to help me maximize the value while I'm shopping their store. Now if only my headphones sunglasses and phone wouldn't constantly want to jump out if my hands and roll behind the registers, this could easily hit all stars! ;)

They have gone way downhill and they don't give a damn about customers anymore.. In advance of surgery that would immobilize me I tried to get up to date on all of my prescriptions. Pharmacist was ridiculously uncooperative. They don't care about people they work for a big corporation that makes plenty of money. So losing my business certainly won't make them lose any sleep. But I will take my business elsewhere just the same. Avoid this place like the plague. I wish I could give no stars.
