I stayed at the Gaylord opry resort so the walk here ( Is a bit (if you don't have a car, the walk is ~0.6miles one way). At least you get kind of a workout in for the day, 30min walk one way depending on your pace and traffic. They have bathrooms too which is often used by passerby travelers filling up on gas. Bring a scent deodorizer to be safe lol. Bathrooms are next to the lottery counter desk.

The overall vibe of this location was consistent, but it was not great, especially for a CVS location in Brentwood of all places.

When I returned to tell him, he didn't apologize or offer assistance, saying I'd have to call Hermitage to transfer it myself. I ended up spending over an hour handling something that should have been simple. This was unhelpful and dismissive. I hope CVS addresses this, because customers deserve staff willing to actually assist rather than blindly follow the screen.
